🟢 DOS (Permitted & Recommended):
📦 Storeroom / Pantry: Use removable racks or shelves without hacking.
🎨 Painting: Use light-colored, water-based paint inside.
💡 Surface Lighting: Install surface-mounted, HDB-approved lighting & power points (no embedding in walls!).
💨 Keep Vents Clear: Ensure ventilation sleeves remain unobstructed for proper airflow.
🔴 DON'TS (Strictly Prohibited):
🔨 No Structural Hacking: Never chip into or drill beyond 50mm into reinforced concrete walls.
🚪 No Tampering with Blast Door: Do not remove, alter, or obstruct the door frame, seal, or locking mechanism.
🧱 No Tiling / Cladding: Do not cover internal walls or ceiling with heavy materials like ceramic tiles, marble, or timber cladding.
🚫 No Modifying Air Vents: Never seal, cover, or alter the ventilation sleeves.
