The month of May has flashed past and we are about midway into June 2022!

The past month has been hectic as we have many Cozzies flying back as borders have been opened!
And conversely, we have welcomed many new Cozzies to join this big family!

Happy that our paths have been crossed and that we have made an impact to your experience here.

And we have a new project coming up end of Q3 2022!
Looking forward to serving more Cozzies in this Northern part of the country!

Although its never been about the numbers
But the quality of our Cozzies is what stands us out

Times flies and we have entered into Q2 2022!!

As we maintain our 100% occupancy, we have many renewals at the current market rate as Cozzies continue to place their trust in us!

Thankful to all Cozzies who found great value with us as we take care of them like one big family. We have recently invested water purifiers (that are NSF certified) in a couple of units as we are looking to improve the water health that our Cozzies are getting=)

We are still in the process of building up our website. One where we showcase our rooms and new lifestyle products as we focus on holistic experience.
Stay tuned to our latest developments as we focus on transforming the total home experience with us.

Lastly stay hydrated, supplemented and healthy.
Drink up loads and practise hygiene as much as possible.

Happy Valentines to all my Cozzies!
The month of Feb has been rather quiet with many busy travelling and with Chinese New Year preparations.

As we maintain 100% occupancy, we have renewed 1 more Cozzie till 2023.

10 days into the new year.
