For Nick, the 21-day OBS Leadership & Service Award (LSA) journey was one of the most memorable and transformative experiences of his life. 🌿

Having never attended an OBS course before, he signed up to challenge himself and step outside his comfort zone. Along the way, he navigated land and sea expeditions, built strong friendships with his watch mates, and discovered strengths he never knew he had.

Amidst the challenges and experiences, Nick also found opportunities to slow down and reflect — giving him space to gain new perspectives, appreciate the people around him, and better understand himself. 🌟

Today, Nick continues to be part of through the OBS Alumni, supporting community and sustainability initiatives while helping fellow alumni level up through opportunities such as facilitation workshops. 💯

Big shoutout to our trainee instructors who have completed the Classic Challenge Course (CCC), part of their Basic Instructor Training (BIT)! Along the way, they’ve developed resilience, teamwork, and leadership through a range of hands-on experiences. 💯

The journey doesn’t end here — more training and assessments lie ahead as they continue working towards becoming full-fledged instructors 💪 Wishing them all the best for what’s next!
