เมื่อวันที่ 24 มิถุนายน 2569 สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการลงทุน ณ กรุงสตอกโฮล์ม (สปส.) ได้เดินทางไปพบปะหารือและเยี่ยมชมโรงงาน Lyckeby Starch AB หนึ่งในผู้ผลิตแป้งมันฝรั่งและผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องปรุงรสรายใหญ่ของประเทศสวีเดน ซึ่งดำเนินธุรกิจภายใต้ Lyckeby Group สหกรณ์ที่มีเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมันฝรั่งกว่า 600 รายเป็นเจ้าของร่วม และมีพื้นที่เพาะปลูกรวมกว่า 16,400 เฮกตาร์

On 24 June 2026, the Thailand Board of Investment, Stockholm Office (BOI Stockholm) held a meeting and visited the production facilities of Lyckeby Starch AB, one of Sweden’s leading producers of potato starch and seasoning products. The company operates under the Lyckeby Group, a farmer-owned cooperative comprising more than 600 potato growers with a combined cultivation area of over 16,400 hectares.
The facility has an annual production capacity of approximately 130,000 tonnes of potato starch, with its products exported to more than 90 countries worldwide. Currently, the Lyckeby Group operates three production facilities, including two in Sweden and one in the Czech Republic.
In addition to its leadership in the potato starch industry, the company is also a market leader in Sweden’s seasoning sector through its well-established consumer brand, Kocken, which is widely recognized and trusted by Swedish consumers.
The visit provided an opportunity to exchange views on the company’s operations, production capabilities, and international market expansion, while also strengthening cooperation and exploring future business and investment opportunities between Sweden and Thailand.
