The terrorist Muslim Brotherhood army committed a heinous war crime on the evening of Friday, March 20, 2026, the first day of Eid al-Fitr, in the cities of Al-Daein and El Fasher.
A military drone belonging to the terrorist army targeted Al-Daein Teaching Hospital with three missiles, striking the pediatric ward, the maternity ward, and the emergency building, which receives accident and emergency cases across all medical specialties. This attack resulted in the deaths of 64 civilians, including 13 children and 7 women،one of them is medical staff member, 44 deaths are men, including one medical staff member and 98 injured. Rescue operations and the retrieval of bodies from under the rubble are still ongoing. Several medical staff members were also injured, and the emergency building of the hospital suffered extensive destruction as a result of the attack, and the hospital is now out of service.
In a separate attack on the same evening, terrorist army drones targeted the market area in the city of El Fasher on the first day of Eid al-Fitr, resulting in 23 deaths and 35 injuries. Rescue and medical operations for the wounded are still ongoing at the Saudi Hospital.
Medical and health teams in both cities are exerting maximum efforts to treat the injured and provide necessary medical care, in coordination with representatives of international organizations and Peace Government institutions through joint emergency operation rooms to ensure the optimal use of available resources and the provision of essential healthcare services to citizens.
May God have mercy on the martyrs and grant a speedy recovery to the wounded and injured.
