في اليوم العالمي لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة نؤكد أن المليشيا المملوكة لأسرة دقلو وداعميها أكبر خطر يهدد مجتمعاتنا والسلم الدولي
On the International Day against Organized Crime, we affirm that the Rapid Support Militia (Janjaweed) and its backers are the greatest threat to our communities and to international peace

في اليوم العالمي لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة والذي وافق أمس ١٥ نوفمبر ، نذكّر بأن تدفّق السلاح إلى المجموعات غير الشرعية ليس مجرد خرق للقانون، بل هو الخطر الأكبر على استقرار دولنا ومسار تنميتها .
إن السودان يعيش اليوم آثار هذا الخطر بصورة مباشرة، فشحنات السلاح المهرّب التي تعبر بعض المناطق والدول والمرسلة من سلطة أبوظبي لا تهدد حياة الأبرياء فحسب، بل تجعل المجتمعات المحلية عرضة للاستقطاب وتغذية الصراعات وتمديد أمد الفوضى والحرب .
كما ان تمويل الأنشطة الإرهابية و الإجرامية مهدد حقيقي لكل الفاعلين في مكافحة الجرائم المنظمة التي تعيق جهود تنمية المجتمعات والدول.
إننا ندعو شركاءنا في الإقليم والعالم إلى تحمل مسؤولياتهم الأخلاقية والقانونية لفضح سلطة أبوظبي لإيقاف تدفّقات الأسلحة ومنع شبكات الجريمة المنظمة من تحويل حدودنا وأسواقنا وأرواح شعبنا إلى مسرح لنشاطها.
السودان، وهو يخوض معركة استعادة أمنه وسيادته، يرى أن حماية المجتمعات تبدأ بتجفيف منابع السلاح المتدفق للعصابات الإجرامية والإرهابية مثل مليشيا أسرة دقلو ومكافحة تمويل الأنشطة المرتبطة بالجرائم ، وبناء تعاون إقليمي ودولي صارم يضع حدًا لهذه الظاهرة الخطيرة ، فسلام السودان لن يكتمل إلا بسلام محيطه، وأمن المنطقة يبدأ من وقف تدفّق أدوات الموت .

On the International Day against Organized Crime, marked yesterday on 15 November, we remind the international and regional community that the flow of weapons to illegal groups is not merely a violation of the law, but the greatest threat to the stability of our states and their development.
Sudan is experiencing this danger firsthand. Smuggled weapons shipments passing through certain areas and countries, and originating from the United Arab Emirates, do not only endanger innocent lives. They also expose local communities to polarization, fuel conflict, and prolong chaos and war.
The financing of terr_orist and criminal activities poses a direct threat to all those working to combat organized crime, which continues to obstruct the development of societies and states.
We call on our partners in the region and around the world to uphold their moral and legal responsibilities by exposing the Abu Dhabi regime (the UAE) and urging them to halt the flow of weapons and prevent organized crime networks from turning our borders, markets, and the lives of our people into a field for their activities.
As Sudan fights to restore its security and sovereignty, it believes that protecting communities begins with cutting off the sources of weapons flowing to criminal and terrorist gangs such as the Janjaweed militia, combating the financing of crime-related activities, and establishing firm regional and international cooperation capable of ending this dangerous phenomenon. Sudan’s peace will not be complete without peace in its surroundings, and the security of the region begins with stopping the flow of tools of death.
