AMAHIRWE YO KUBA MUZIMA

“Ukundwa, ndagusabira kugira ngo ugubwe neza muri byose, ube mutaraga nk’uko
umutima wawe uguwe neza” (3 Yohana 2).
Kuba muzima ni ubutunzi, ni igishoro kidahomba, ni imbaraga zitaneshwa, ni
umurage udateye ipfunwe. None se kuba muzima ni iki?
Umuntu muzima ni ufite umubiri ushoboye kwihanganira umuruho, intekerezo
zishoboye kwihanganira ibibazo, n’imico ibana neza n’abandi. Muri make, ni umuntu
wishimira imirimo, agatekereza ibyiza kandi yishimiye kubana neza n’abandi. (Pour le

Ubuzima bwo mu bwenge

Ubuzima bw’imyororokere

“Ndagushimira yuko naremwe uburyo buteye ubwoba butangaza, imirimo wakoze

Ubuzima bw’imyororokere, bugotewe impande zose. Abahungu bari kubyiruka

Imibanire myiza y’abashakanye

Inshingano y’ibanze y’umugore, ni ukugandukira umugabo we (kumwumvira
anezerewe), naho inshingano y’umugabo, ni ugukunda no gukuyakuya uwo yashatse,
akamenya neza ko igisubizo cyo kwifuza kose k’umugore we gihishe muri we.
Kumwihanganira n’ubufatanye, biri mu bitera ubuzima n’ubwenge bw’uwo yashatse
kugubwa neza.
Abagambiriye gushaka n’abamaze gushaka, bagomba kumenya ko uwamaze
gushaka, inama z’ababyeyi zigomba gufata umwanya wa kabiri. Bakamenya ko
inshuti zibuzwa kwinjira mu mabanga y’urugo, ko imbaraga zabo ari zo bazakesha

Kurya neza kandi ku gihe

Kurya neza ni ukurya ibihuje n’amakene y’umubiri. Nyir’ukurya akwiye kumenya
ko buri rugingo rufite ibyokurya rwagenewe, kugira ngo rube ruzima kandi rukore
neza. Ikigero cy’imyaka na cyo kigomba kwitabwaho n’abatetsi bajijutse. Ibyokurya
by’uruhinja n’iby’igitambambuga, bigomba kuba bizwi n’umuhungu n’umukobwa
bateganya kurushinga. Ibyokurya by’utwite bigomba gushyirwa mu igenamigambi
ry’umutungo w’umuryango. Uwonsa agomba kumenya ko ari kugaburira babiri.
Ingimbi igomba kubona ibitera imbaraga, ubwenge n’ubufatanye. Umusore kimwe
n’abakuze agomba kwita ku bitera ubushobozi, ubugenzuzi n’igenamigambi.
Ibikwerere, abashika n’abasaza, bagomba kuzirikana ibyoroshya amagufwa
n’ibiyakomeza, n’ibirinda ubwonko kuyoyoka. Abazima n’abarwayi bagomba kurya
ibikingira n’ibivura indwara. Abahuye n’ibibazo bagomba guhabwa ibirinda
n’ibirwanya ubwihebe.
Ibyiza byose, iby’ingirakamaro byose, bikwiye guherekezwa no kubirya ku gihe
kidahindagurika, utashonje cyane, kandi utari hafi yo gusinzira, ntubiryane ubwoba
n’igihunga, kenshi ugasangira n’abandi unezerewe. Ibyo byose bishingiye ku mbuto,
imboga n’ibinyampeke, kunywa amazi no kwiyuhagira.
« Ingaruka y’ubusambo.—Gutegekwa n’ipfa ni ubusambo. Kurya amoko menshi ku
igaburo rimwe birahagije gutera akajagari mu gifu maze bigatera kudacya mu maso.

Akamaro ko gusinzira

“Nzajya ndyama nsinzire niziguye, kuko ari wowe wenyine Uwiteka umpa kuba
amahoro.” (Zaburi 4:9/ 8).
Gusinzira ni umwe mu migabne y’umugisha Imana yahaye umuntu, ikaba n’inkingi
ikomeye y’ubuzima bw’ubwenge. Ni isanurangingo Imana yageneye umubiri. Ni
gahunda idapfa yo gukura imyanda mu bwonko no mu mubiri buri joro. Gusinzira
bigize icya gatatu (1/3) cyo kubaho k’umuntu.
Impamvu iyo ari yo yose ihungabanya gusinzira, iba yangirije ubuzima, ubwenge,
n’imico by’umuntu. Hari inzira eshatu nini zibujije abantu gusinzira: umutekano
muke, kurya nabi n’ubunebwe.
Umutekano muke
Muri iyi ngingo ya mbere, hari abantu benshi badasinzira bihagije bitewe no
kurinda umutekano w’abantu n’ibintu (abashinzwe umutekano w’igihugu), abaganga
barara ku barwayi bavura indembe, bakira izindi, babyaza, impagarara z’intambara
n’impuha zazo, n’ibindi.
Kurya nabi
Iyo uriye uri hafi yo kuryama, kurya ibyokurya bifite amavuta menshi nijoro, kurya
ugahaga cyane wenda kuryama, guhuza amoko menshi y’ibyokurya, kunywa byinshi
mu ijoro; ibi byose bihungabanya ibitotsi, bamwe bakabibura, abandi bigacagagurika,
abandi bakihagarika kenshi mu ijoro. Ibyo byose bigira ingaruka zo kugabanya
amasaha yagenewe gusinzira, bigaca intege umubiri n’ubwonko, no kugabanura
amaraso n’abasirikare b’umubiri.
Ubunebwe
Ni byiza kumenya akamaro k’umurimo. Uretse umusaruro umuntu abikuramo,
ahubwo gukora ndetse n’umwete umuntu abigiramo, bituma ahumeka umwuka
mwinshi, uwo mwuka ugatuma mu bwonko haruhuka neza. Imihore yananiwe
ikikuramo ibisazirwa by’ingirangingo, ibyuya bigasohoka, maze mu ijoro umuntu
agasinzira neza.
“Ibitotsi by’umukozi bimugwa neza, n’iyo ariye bike cyangwa byinshi, ariko guhāga
k’umukire kumubuza gusinzira.” (Umubwiriza 5:12/11)
“Aburahamu asubiye imuhira, ajya iruhande rw’uburiri bwa Isaka wari usinziriye
ibitotsi byimbitse, bituje bya gisore biherekejwe n’ubuziranenge…” (Patriarches et
Prophètes, p. 129). Burya n’umutima mwiza, ubuto n’ubukiranutsi bitera ibitotsi
byiza.
Gusinzira bituma umutima utera neza amaraso witonze, na wo ukaruhuka, ibihaha
bikaruhuka. Imvubura zishinzwe gusohora imyanda ziyinyujije mu ruhu zigakora
umurimo wazo neza. Ku bw’ibyo, ibitotsi ni ubutunzi bw’ubwiru butangaje.
Kudasinzira bitera ubwihebe, ubwenge budashakashaka, bunyurwa n’uko buri,
kurakazwa n’akadashyitse, kudacya mu maso, imico mibi, kumva ibintu nabi no kuba
nabi ku murimo wawe, kubabara ubusabusa.
Ni yo mpamvu kuba imburamukoro bituma benshi barara kuri telephone, kuri
teteviziyo no mu bitaramo bitagira umumaro, bikagira ingaruka ku mubiri no mu
bwenge.
Abandi benshi, ubwo bunebwe bubatera kugira amavuta menshi mu mubiri,
urugimbu rukabatera iruba rya kinyamaswa, bakarara bazerera, biyandarika.
