Today in Kigali, the Minister of Gender and Family Promotion, Uwimana Consolee presided a three-day global technical financing forum that aims at advancing sustainable financing for the early years, with a focus on health, nutrition, care, childcare, social protection, and early learning.

In her opening remarks, Minister Consolee emphasized the urgent need to increase investment in early childhood and to ensure the effective and efficient use of available resources to achieve maximum and sustainable impact for children.

Through presentation, expert-panel and deep discussions, participants from government representatives, influential leaders, investors, and development partners shared insights and expertise on strengthening investment in the early years.

Held under the theme “𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬: 𝐀 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦,” the forum was organized and co-hosted by the Government of Rwanda, Early Childhood Development Action Network (ECDAN) and other partners.

NCDA mu kongerera ubushobozi urubyiruko yafashije kwiga binyuze mu mushinga “Tubarere Neza”, ushyirwa mu bikorwa ku bufatanye na Global Fund.

Ikigo cy’Igihugu gishinzwe imikurire no kurengera umwana (NCDA) cyahurije mu mwiherero urubyiruko rusaga 410, iki kigo cyafashije kwiga binyuze mu mushinga “Tubarere Neza”, ushyirwa mu bikorwa ku bufatanye na Global Fund. Insanganyamatsiko y’uyu mwiherero igira iti “Ejo ni Njye.”

Uru rubyiruko rwarangije amashuri yisumbuye n’ay’ubumenyingiro mu mwaka w’amashuri wa 2023/2024 n’uwa 2024/2025. NCDA yabateguriye uyu mwiherero ku bufatanye na Plan International Rwanda, mu rwego rwo kubafasha kwinjira neza mu buzima bwa nyuma y’icyiciro cy’amasomo basoje. Muri uyu mwiherero, abakozi n’abayobozi bo mu nzego n’ibigo bitandukanye bahaye uru rubyiruko ubumenyi bugamije kubafasha kwandika uwmirondoro (CV), kwitegura no kwitwara neza mu kiganiro cy’akazi, kwihangira imirimo, kugira icyerecyezo n’intego bihamye mu buzima, gukoresha neza imari no gukorana n’ibigo by’imari no guhangana n’ihungabana rishobora guterwa n’ibibazo byo mu buzima busanzwe.

Umuyobozi Mukuru wungirije wa NCDA, Gilbert Munyemana, yagaragaje ko uyu mwiherero wateguwe mu gihe cyiza mu buzima bw’uru rubyiruko kuko ari igihe cy’impinduka, aho basoje amashuri yisumbuye binjira mu buzima busanzwe, aho bashobora gukomeza kujya muri kaminuza cyangwa ku isoko ry’umurimo.
