No dia 16 de Novembro, o Lions Clube de Almada promoveu, na sede do Clube de Sargentos da Armada, no Feijó, um rastreio de tensão arterial e diabetes.
F**a ainda o registo da caminhada de 4500mt realizada no mesmo dia.

Os nossos agradecimentos ao presidente da divisão 8, companheiros e amigos presentes.
Um muito obrigado ao Clube de Sargentos da Armada e ao seu Vice-presidente, João Robalo, por terem participado nesta atividade e nos terem cedido o vosso espaco.

Para celebrar o dia Mundial da Diabetes iremos realizar um rastreio gratuito da Diabetes e Hipertensão arterial, duas grandes doenças muito prevalentes em Portugal.

🕚 11h inicia uma caminhada em grupo

Para se inscrever, basta levar produtos de higiene e limpeza doméstica para o local do evento. Estes produtos irão ser entregues a família carênciadas do bairro do 2º Torrão da Trafaria.

🌍 Oli Walker comes to Lisbon! 🇵🇹

After an incredible journey on foot from Biarritz, France, starting on July 31, 2025, Oli Walker (Oliver Tič) will finally arrive in Lisbon today, October 25, 2025, at 17:00 (18.00 Slovenia 🇸🇮 time) marking the completion of over 1,600 km walked across Europe! 🚶‍♂️✨

This milestone is part of his inspiring Walk Around the World, a journey of courage, connection, and friendship that unites people and Lions Clubs across continents. 🦁💛

The final 20 km of his path to Lisbon will be extra special — Oli will be joined by his friends from Slovenske Konjice (Slovenia), proudly representing Lions Club Adelma von Vay, and warmly welcomed by members of Virtual Lions Clubs from Portugal. 🇸🇮🤝🇵🇹

Virtually, Oli will also be greeted by Vlado Gobec, Governor of Lions District 129 Slovenia, who will join in celebration of this remarkable achievement. 🙌
