Holiday Apartment for Rent This 2 bedroom ground floor Apartment is ideally situated in the centre of the Sao Rafael development.

Car Parking is available just outside the front door. On this Prestigous development there is a large swimming pool and childrens pool. Both pools have area's for sun beds and the large pool has a grass verge for sunbathing. There are poolside vending machines and games room, which includes a pool table and various board games. The Apartment itself comprises of two large twin bedrooms with built i

n wardrobes, a spacious lounge with breakfast/dining area, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a private patio area and garden. We have a sofa bed, and extra fold away bed and travel cot. Linen is provided in the apartment. It also has a portable TV, DVD player and CD/Radio player. The Aparment is only a 5 minute walk from Sao Rafael Beach and a 5 minute drive from Albuferia Town centre. There are many restuarants and bars within walkin distance as well as a 5-10 minute drive. It is a 10-20 minute drive to various water parks, and 20-30 minute drive to various Golf Courses. Great for golfing weekends, and ideal location for family holidays. Available for short breaks or weekly rentals
