MY TWO COMPLAINS IS271119-5739412 & 271219-6106513 WERE CLOSED & DROPPED ONE SIDEDLY & NOW 3RD COMPLAINT ON SAME MATTER IS051220-87661954 , which is also closed on 30 12 2020 without investigation
if respondents are small officers then justice is easily done but if respondent is grade 20 & above officer then complaint is closed or dropped
