Today, we celebrated the achievement of our respected teacher Sir Javed Anwer Khaskheli , who has been selected as a Subject Specialist (Physics: BPS-17) in the Education Department. It’s a big moment not only for him, but for all of us at the school.

Sir Javed has served GBPS Daro Kolhi with dedication, sincerity, and a genuine passion for teaching. He has been one of our sincere, hardworking, supportive and finest teacher, and his hard work has now opened the door to a new chapter of leadership and growth.

To honour his remarkable journey, we arranged a heartfelt farewell gathering, presented him with a Ajrak and Appreciation Shield, and concluded the event with a warm lunch shared by our staff.

While we will truly miss his presence at our school, we are equally proud to see him rise to a higher position where his talent and dedication will shine even brighter.

Wishing him very best for his future role and continued success.

Today, Government Boys Primary School Daro Kolhi Umerkot celebrated Pakistan’s Independence Day with great enthusiasm and love. The school was filled with the spirit of green and white as students, teachers, and guests came together to honor this special day.

Our talented students showcased their passion through inspiring speeches, heartfelt national songs, expressive tablos, and energetic cultural performances, reminding us of the sacrifices that earned us this precious homeland. Their energy and creativity made the event truly memorable.

We were also delighted to welcome our honorable guests, whose presence encouraged and inspired our students.

A heartfelt thank you to our headmaster, dedicated teachers and staff for making this celebration possible, and to our students for reminding us what it means to cherish freedom and work for a brighter Pakistan.

Today, we had the privilege of hosting a special event focused on empowering future generations through education. As part of the "𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 & 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞", school bags and stationery were distributed among needy students, helping them start the new academic session with confidence and joy.

This initiative was organized under the banner of "𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐝", in collaboration with Idara e Taleem o Aagahi ITA and supported by the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh.

We are truly grateful to all the organizations and individuals who made this possible. These efforts not only ease the burden for many families but also serve as a powerful encouragement for students to stay in school and dream bigger.

𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐞𝐬 – 𝐀 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐆𝐁𝐏𝐒 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐨 𝐊𝐨𝐥𝐡𝐢

In these proud moments for our beloved country, the courage and determination of our Pakistan Army, Pakistan Air Force and Pakistan Navy have filled every heart with joy. They’ve shown the world that Pakistan stands strong, united, and ready to defend its peace and dignity.

To celebrate this incredible victory and show our love and respect for our brave soldiers, Government Boys Primary School Daro Kolhi Umerkot held a special tribute. Our students and teachers came together with great enthusiasm — waving flags, chanting “𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐙𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝,” "𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 𝐙𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝" and sharing powerful messages of solidarity.

Let this be a reminder to our young generation: our freedom, peace, and pride are safeguarded by the sacrifices of our brave soldiers. We honor them not just today, but every day.

We’re delighted to share that during a recent award ceremony organized as part of the 𝐌𝐂 𝐔𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐭 𝐌𝐂𝐐𝐬 𝐀𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, two of our shining stars and were honored with the 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 for their remarkable performance.

Adding to the pride, our dedicated teacher Sir Kumar Goil was awarded with the 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 in acknowledgment of his continuous efforts, guidance, and inspiration that helped shape young minds and led our students toward success.

We are deeply thankful to the organizers, especially Respected Sir (President, PTA MC-Umerkot), for creating such a meaningful platform to celebrate academic excellence.

Today, we proudly announced the 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 session 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 at Government Boys Primary School Daro Kolhi Umerkot. The Top 3 position holders from each class 𝐈 𝐭𝐨 𝐕 were awarded school kits, encouraging them to continue their journey of excellence.

Along with celebrating our students, we also took this opportunity to honor our dedicated teachers who have played a vital role in shaping young minds and ensuring a smooth academic process. As part of the 2024-25 Annual Examinations, the exam committee, led by AEO Sir and President of Primary Teachers Association (PTA) MC-Umerkot , conducted viva assessments today for students of Classes I to III. The committee members visited each class, engaging with students to assess their understanding and learning progress.

During the visit, the committee appreciated the well-organized assessment process and acknowledged the efforts of our teachers in creating a positive learning environment. A special appreciation was given to our Headmaster Rasheed Ahmed Lashari, whose dedication and leadership continue to drive academic excellence at our school.

Today, we successfully concluded the annual exams for 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐈, 𝐈𝐈𝐈, 𝐈𝐕, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐕, marking the end of a crucial academic milestone for our students.

Our annual exams are well underway, with students giving their best efforts to showcase their learning. Today, the exam committee members visited our exam blocks to observe the Sindhi paper for Classes 𝐈𝐈, 𝐈𝐈𝐈, 𝐈𝐕, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐕.

We were honored to have AEO Kanbhu Khan and AEO Ghansham Das for visit our school.
They appreciated the well-organized exam arrangements and commended the dedicated efforts of our staff in ensuring a fair and disciplined environment for students.

A special acknowledgment to our Headmaster Rasheed Ahmed Lashari, who consistently takes ownership of the school’s progress, working tirelessly to maintain high educational standards and provide the best opportunities for our students.
