On November 18, the 2023. Zheng Lisen, Secretary of the Party Committee of the University, Zhang Xueren, Director of the Comprehensive Office of Sino-Foreign Cultural Exchange Center of the Ministry of Education, Director of the Animal Health Department of Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, Liu Jianhui, Researcher I, and Dr. Angelo Joseph Mwilawa, Director of Research, Training and Extension Services, Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries of Tanzania, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Li Xuetai, deputy secretary of the party committee and principal of the school, presided over the opening ceremony.
The Inaugural ceremony was organised by the Ministry of Education's Sino-Foreign Cultural Exchange Center and Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary bureau, sponsored by Shandong Vocational College of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary, and organized by Shandong Poultry Industry Technology System and Sino-Foreign Cultural Exchange Research Institute of Animal Husbandry.
At the opening ceremony, Zheng Lisen and Dr. Pius, the principal of Tanzania Livestock Training Center, unveiled the "Ban · Mo College." Lin Jiankun, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the University, and Prof Dr. Mohammad Farooque Hassan, Vice Chancellor Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Sakrand Sindh Pakistan, signed an agreement on building "Sino- Pak veterinary and Animal Science Institute Institute." And Liu Jianhui, prof Dr. Hassan and Dr. Hidayatullah Soomro Director ORIC SBBUVAS, unveiled the plaque.
