Independence Day Celebrations at SOS Village Sargodha

The 79th Independence Day was celebrated with great joy at SOS Village Sargodha.

The Director joined all the children, including orphan children, to mark the occasion. Together they celebrated the spirit of freedom with smiles, enthusiasm and unity, reflecting the true message of 14th August.

The event highlighted care, hope and solidarity, and reaffirmed the commitment to providing a nurturing environment for every child.

79th Independence Day — Children Home (Female), Sargodha

Jashn-e-Azadi was celebrated with great national fervour at Children Home (Female), Sargodha.

The day commenced with a flag-hoisting ceremony amid rose petals and chants of Pakistan Zindabad, followed by a plantation drive and a special prayer for the prosperity of the country.

The ceremony included recitation of the Holy Quran, Naat, national songs and a tableau performance by the resident children, culminating in the cutting of a flag-themed cake.

Mrs. Shakira Noreen, Divisional Director, Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal, Sargodha, attended as Chief Guest, and Mrs. Zeba Andleeb, Deputy Director, attended as Guest of Honour. Mrs. Shazia Bangash, Member Sargodha Chamber of Commerce, also graced the occasion.

Addressing the gathering, they paid tribute to the sacrifices of our forefathers, appreciated the children’s performances, and reaffirmed the Department’s commitment to the care, education and wellbeing of the children of the Home.

Independence Day Celebrations Held at MSSU, DHQ Hospital Sargodha

The 79th Independence Day of Pakistan was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit at MSSU, DHQ Hospital Sargodha on 14th August.

On the directions of the hospital administration, the Patients Welfare Society (PWS) arranged a special Halwa Puri breakfast through Muhammadi Dastarkhwan, which was served to patients, attendants, hospital staff, and the general public within the hospital premises.

The event was attended by Commissioner Sargodha, former MNA Hamid Hameed, MS DHQ Khawaja Sohail, representatives of Patients Welfare Society (PWS), MSSU, medical and paramedical staff of DHQ Hospital, Medical Services Unit (MSSU), Social Welfare DHQ, and a large number of citizens.

On the occasion, Mr. Abdul Hameed Joya, President Patients Welfare Society (PWS), briefed the Commissioner Sargodha about the various welfare services and initiatives being provided by PWS for patients at DHQ Hospital Sargodha.

The celebrations reflected a strong spirit of patriotism, community service, and solidarity, while highlighting the commitment of the hospital administration, PWS, MSSU, and hospital staff towards the welfare and well-being of patients and the wider community.

Independence Day Celebration at Children Home Male Sargodha

The Independence Day celebration at Children Home Male Sargodha was held with great patriotic spirit and enthusiasm.

The day was honoured by the presence of President Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Khawaja Yasir, along with generous philanthropists Mr. and Mrs. Ch. Saeed and Mrs. Shazia Bangish.

The event was graced by Madam Shakira Noreen, Divisional Director, and Madam Zaiba Andleeb, Deputy Director, Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal.

A graceful Independence Day celebration was organized at Sanat Zaar Sargodha with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit.
