Meet Bhutio Meghwar (Director of PLIC):
A Beacon of Hope and Resilience
Recently, he gained popularity for his efforts to purchase a plot for a hostel with his team, earning the love and admiration of students and all.
Born in a small village in Sindh, Pakistan, Bhutio Meghwar's life is a testament to the human spirit's capacity for resilience, determination, and compassion. Despite facing numerous challenges in his early life, Bhutio pursued education with unwavering dedication, eventually becoming a Junior School Teacher.
However, Bhutio's thirst for knowledge and growth didn't stop there. He continued his education, earning a graduation degree from Govt. S.I. Degree College Hala and a master's degree from the University of Sindh, all while working as a teacher in evening shifts.
Bhutio's remarkable journey took another significant turn when he passed the prestigious CSS examination and joined the civil service as a Postal Group Officer in 2004. Today, he serves as the Director of Postal Life Insurance Company Southern Pakistan in Karachi.

Bhutio's commitment to social activism began during his student days, driven by his deep concern for social and economic disparities. He has been instrumental in:
1. Advocating for quality education and infrastructure in marginalized areas.
2. Establishing a library and free tuition center in his village.
3. Organizing medical camps to provide accessible healthcare facilities.
4. Challenging discriminatory practices and promoting equality.
Future Plans and Vision
Despite his demanding role as a civil servant, Bhutio remains dedicated to his mission. His future plans include:
1. Collaborating with the Meghwar Youth Education Foundation to construct a hostel for Meghwar students in Hyderabad.
2. Strengthening community institutions.
