The Balochistan Youth Capacity Building & Exposure Program was a turning point in my life. From the halls of Parliament in Islamabad to the historical monuments of Lahore and the thriving industries of Sialkot, every moment broadened my horizons and transformed my perspective as a future educator.

I recently participated in a 7-day Capacity Building & Exposure Program, visiting key educational, historical, and industrial sites in Islamabad, Lahore, and Sialkot.

We toured Quaid-i-Azam University, University of Central Punjab, Faisal Mosque, and Badshahi Mosque. In Sialkot, we explored Anwar Khawaja Industries, surgical units, and football manufacturing plants.

The experience deepened our understanding of education, culture, industry, and leadership while connecting us with talented students from across Balochistan.

I am truly grateful to have been part of the Balochistan Youth Capacity Building & Exposure Program. This experience helped me develop leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, and taught me the importance of youth empowerment. Meeting talented and motivated young people from different areas of Balochistan was one of the most inspiring parts of the program.

The exposure sessions increased my confidence and encouraged me to think positively about my role in the development of Balochistan. I learned that young people have the power to bring change through education, unity, and hard work.

My message to the youth of Balochistan is: never underestimate your potential. Keep learning, stay hopeful, and use every opportunity to grow and contribute positively to society. Together, we can build a brighter future for Balochistan.

It provided a great opportunity to connect with talented students from different areas of Balochistan and exchange ideas, experiences, and cultures. It was an honor to be part of the Balochistan Youth Capacity Building & Exposure Program. This experience gave me the opportunity to learn, explore, and connect with talented individuals from different backgrounds. The Balochistan Youth Capacity Building & Exposure Program was an unforgettable and inspiring experience for me. It gave me the opportunity to learn, explore, and interact with people from different backgrounds. I gained confidence, improved my communication skills, and learned the importance of teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.

One of the most valuable parts of this journey was exposure to new places, ideas, and experiences. During the program, I visited well-known educational institutions and cultural and historical sites in Islamabad and Lahore. These experiences helped me learn new things, understand different cultures, and create lasting memories.

My message to the youth of Balochistan is to stay focused, believe in themselves, and never stop learning. Such opportunities build confidence and open doors to success. I am truly thankful to the Directorate of Youth Affairs and the entire organizing team for this meaningful program.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to join the Balochistan Youth Capacity Building & Exposure Program. Visits to institutions in Islamabad, Lahore, and Sialkot gave me practical exposure and broadened my perspective. Connecting with youth from across Balochistan was most enriching — it showed that our unity is our greatest strength despite our differences.

My key takeaway: continuous learning, exposure, and networking drive growth. To Balochistan’s youth: seize every opportunity to learn. Together with dedication, we can build a stronger, progressive Balochistan.

The Balochistan Youth Capacity Building & Exposure Program was a highly inspiring and informative experience for me. It helped me improve my confidence, communication skills, and understanding of leadership and teamwork. The program also gave us the opportunity to interact with talented youth from different districts and learn from experienced mentors.
