پاکستان فارماسسٹس ایسوسیشن ہمیشہ سے فارماسسٹس کے حقوق، پیشہ ورانہ وقار، روزگار کے مواقع، سروس اسٹرکچر اور ترقیاتی امور کے لیے بھرپور آواز اٹھاتی رہی ہے۔ ایسوسی ایشن اس بات پر مکمل یقین رکھتی ہے کہ فارماسسٹ صحت کے نظام کا ایک اہم ستون ہیں، اور ان کے مسائل کا حل ایک مضبوط، فعال اور مریض دوست نظامِ صحت کے لیے ناگزیر ہے۔ الحمدللہ، پاکستان فارماسسٹس ایسوسیشن نے ہر فورم پر فارماسسٹس کے کردار، اہمیت اور professional recognition کو مؤثر انداز میں اجاگر کیا ہے۔

الحمدللہ، پاکستان فارماسسٹس ایسوسیشن کی مسلسل جدوجہد، مؤثر نمائندگی اور حکام بالا خصوصاً وزیر صحت جناب بخت محمد کاکڑ صاحب اور سیکرٹری صحت جناب مجیب الرحمان پانئیزئی صاحب کے ساتھ سنجیدہ رابطوں کے نتیجے میں کئی اہم پیش رفت سامنے آئی ہیں۔ ان کامیابیوں میں فارماسسٹس کے دیرینہ مطالبے یعنی سروس اسٹرکچر کا حصول سرِفہرست ہے، جو فارماسسٹس کی تاریخ میں ایک اہم سنگ میل کی حیثیت رکھتا ہے۔

اسی طرح بے روزگار فارماسسٹس کے لیے 100 سے زائد کنٹریکٹ بنیادوں پر پوسٹس کی تخلیق بھی ایک تاریخی کامیابی ہے، جو ماضی میں کبھی دیکھنے میں نہیں آئی۔ یہ اقدام نہ صرف نوجوان فارماسسٹس اور ڈرگ انسپکٹر کے لیے روزگار کے نئے مواقع پیدا کی بلکہ صحت کے شعبے میں فارماسسٹس کے کردار کو مزید مضبوط کیا۔

یہاں یہ بات بھی انتہائی اہم ہے کہ انشاءاللہ بہت جلد تقریباً 200 فارماسسٹس اور ڈرگ انسپکٹر کی اسامیوں کا اعلان پبلک سروس کمیشن کے ذریعے متوقع ہے۔ یہ پیش رفت نوجوان فارماسسٹس کے لیے ایک بڑی خوشخبری، امید کی نئی کرن، اور مستقبل کے روشن مواقع کی عکاس ہے۔

اسی طرح فارماسسٹس اور ڈرگ انسپکٹرز کے لیے سروس اسٹرکچر کو عملی جامہ پہنانے کا عمل بھی آخری مراحل میں داخل ہو چکا ہے۔ یہ سروس اسٹرکچر نہ صرف فارماسسٹس کی پیشہ ورانہ شناخت کو مضبوط کرے گا بلکہ مستقبل میں مراعات، بہتر کیریئر مواقع اور استحکام کی راہ بھی ہموار کرے گا۔

مزید برآں، فارماسسٹس اور ڈرگ انسپکٹرز کے لیے تاریخ میں پہلی بار علیحدہ سروس رولز بھی ریکارڈ مدت میں پایہ تکمیل تک پہنچنے کے قریب ہیں، جن میں واضح طور پر فارماسسٹس اور ڈرگ انسپکٹرز کا الگ الگ کیڈر متعارف کروایا جا رہا ہے۔ یہ اقدام فارمیسی پروفیشن کے استحکام اور پیشہ ورانہ خودمختاری کے لیے نہایت اہم پیش رفت ہے۔

انشاءاللہ بہت جلد پروموشن بورڈ کے انعقاد کی بھی توقع ہے، جس سے سینکڑوں فارماسسٹس اگلے گریڈ میں ترقی حاصل کریں گے۔ اس سے فارماسسٹس اور ڈرگ انسپکٹر کی ترقی کے نئے دروازے کھلیں گے ۔

اس کے علاوہ فارماسسٹس اور ڈرگ انسپکٹرز کے لیے بہت سے اہم منصوبوں کے قیام پر بھی پیش رفت جاری ہے، جو مستقبل میں فارماسسٹس کے ادارہ جاتی کردار کو مزید مضبوط بنانے میں اہم کردار ادا کرے گا۔

پاکستان فارماسسٹس ایسوسیشن اس عزم کا اعادہ کرتی ہے کہ وہ فارماسسٹس کے حقوق، بہتر روزگار، پیشہ ورانہ ترقی، ہیلتھ کیئر سسٹم میں مؤثر کردار، اور فارمیسی پروفیشن کے وقار کے لیے اپنی جدوجہد اسی جذبے کے ساتھ جاری رکھے گی۔

ہم تمام فارماسسٹس سے اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ موجودہ اتحاد، باہمی احترام اور مثبت سوچ کے ساتھ اپنی ایسوسی ایشن کا ساتھ دیں تاکہ فارمیسی پروفیشن کو مزید مضبوط، منظم اور مؤثر بنایا جا سکے۔

انشاءاللہ آنے والا وقت فارماسسٹس کے لیے مزید بہتر مواقع، مضبوط نمائندگی، پیشہ ورانہ استحکام اور روشن مستقبل لے کر آئے۔

Meaningful dialogue today at Balochistan Civil Services Academy 🏛️ with Dr. Hafeez Ahmed Jamali, DG BCSA, and Muhammad Suhail, DS BCSA.

The critical role of Pharmacy Services, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Pharmacy, Drug
Testing and Therapeutic Goods Procurement in building a safer, more effective healthcare system was duscussed. As pharmacy services continue to transform patient care, The approved Pharmacovigilance Guidelines for Balochistan 📋 was also presented.

We’re grateful that DG BCSA has endorsed including an orientation and open discussion on pharmacy services in upcoming BCS officer training. Equipping civil servants with this understanding is key to evidence-based safe and effective drug use, patient safety, and stronger health governance across Balochistan 💊.

* The Pakistan Nursing Council regulates the nursing profession and nursing education.
* The Pakistan Bar Council regulates the legal profession and practicing lawyers.
* The Higher Education Commission oversees higher education institutions and academic standards.

Similarly:

* The Pharmacy Council of Pakistan regulates pharmacy education and professional practice of pharmacists.
* The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council regulates the practice of physicians and surgeons.

Then why PMDC always interfering other professions?

All prescriptions must clearly include:

* Prescriber’s name
* Designation/specialty
* PMDC registration number
* Contact information
* Signature and date
