وزیرِ اعلیٰ بلوچستان میر سرفراز احمد بگٹی کے یوتھ ویژن کے تحت نظامتِ امورِ نوجوانان بلوچستان کے زیرِ انتظام "بلوچستان یوتھ ڈویلپمنٹ پروگرام" کے پہلے بیج کی چار روزہ تربیتی ورکشاپ کا انعقاد گورنمنٹ بوائز پوسٹ گریجویٹ کالج، سریاب روڈ کوئٹہ میں کیا گیا، جس میں 55 سے زائد طالب علموں نے شرکت کی۔
اس چار روزہ تربیتی پروگرام کی تفصیلات درج ذیل ہیں:
* پہلا دن: شاہ محمد صاحب نے مواصلاتی اور باہمی تعلقات کی مہارتوں (Communication and Interpersonal Skills) پر تربیت فراہم کی۔
* دوسرا دن: ڈاکٹر اسد نے قیادت اور قائدانہ صلاحیتوں (Leadership and Leadership Skills) پر سیشن لیا۔
* تیسرا دن: ڈاکٹر فرقان نے نوجوانوں کی کاروبار، صنعت کاری اور کیریئر کونسلنگ (Entrepreneurship and Career Counseling) کے حوالے سے رہنمائی کی۔
* چوتھا دن: ڈاکٹر عبد الرؤوف نے سی وی رائٹنگ، انٹرویو کی تیاری اور موک انٹرویوز (CV Writing, Interview Skills, and Mock Interviews) پر سیشن کا انعقاد کیا۔
تربیت کے دوران طلباء کی عملی صلاحیتوں میں اضافے کے لیے مختلف معلوماتی اور تعمیری سرگرمیاں کروائی گئیں، جبکہ ہر دن کے اختتام پر تمام شرکاء میں اسناد بھی تقسیم کی گئیں۔
سیشن کے اختتام پر نوجوانوں نے اس معلوماتی پروگرام کو سراہتے ہوئے وزیرِ اعلیٰ بلوچستان، حکومتِ بلوچستان اور نظامتِ امورِ نوجوانان کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔

وطنِ عزیز پاکستان کے 79ویں جشنِ آزادی کے مسرت موقع پر نظامتِ امورِ نوجوانان بلوچستان کے زیرِ اہتمام ایوب اسٹیڈیم کے یوتھ آڈیٹوریم میں ایک رنگا رنگ تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔
​تقریب کی مہمانِ خصوصی، وزیر برائے کھیل و امورِ نوجوانان بلوچستان محترمہ مینا مجید بلوچ صاحبہ نے پاکستان کی 79ویں سالگرہ کا کیک کاٹا۔ اس پروقار تقریب میں سیکرٹری کھیل و امورِ نوجوانان بلوچستان محترم جناب درا بلوچ صاحب بھی بطورِ خاص شریک ہوئے۔
​تقريب کے دوران بچوں کے درمیان ملی نغموں، تقاریر اور دیگر تعلیمی و ثقافتی مقابلوں کا اہتمام کیا گیا، جن میں بچوں اور عوام کی ایک بڑی تعداد نے بھرپور جوش و خروش کے ساتھ شرکت کی۔

بلوچستان یوتھ ریسورس سینٹر، جو صوبے کے نوجوانوں کی رہنمائی اور ترقی کے لیے قائم کیا گیا ہے اس حوالے سے خصوصی رپورٹ پی ٹی وی ڈیجیٹل پر ملاحظہ کریں۔

حکومت بلوچستان نے نظامت امور نوجوانان بلوچستان کے زیر انتظام یوتھ سوشو اکنامک ڈیویلپمنٹ پروگرام کے تحت ایوب اسٹیڈیم کوئٹہ میں بلوچستان یوتھ ریسورس سینٹر (BYRC) قائم کر دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ مرکز نوجوانوں کو ہنر، رہنمائی، کیریئر کونسلنگ اور ترقی کے نئے مواقع فراہم کرے گا۔ایک ایسا پلیٹ فارم جہاں خوابوں کو سمت ملے گی، صلاحیتوں کو نکھارا جائے گا اور مستقبل روشن بنایا جائے گا۔
