Meeting of All Directors UADA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Chairmanship of Managing Director, UADA - Dated: 25th June, 2024.
We are pleased to announce that the Managing Director of UADA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, chaired an Introductory Meeting with all Directors of UADA in KP today, Tuesday, 25th June, 2024. The meeting took place in the office of Managing Director UADA KP, 3rd Floor of the Resource Centre Administration Block, Civil Secretariat Peshawar.
Key Discussion Points:
1. Introduction and Briefings by the Directors: Each Director had the opportunity to introduce himself and give a briefing on his respective Authority. This allowed for a comprehensive understanding of the diverse expertise and experiences of our team.
2. Centralization of CP-Fund and Gratuity of Employees: A significant part of our discussion focused on the centralization of CP-Fund and gratuity of employees. The Managing Director emphasized the importance of streamlining these processes to ensure efficiency, transparency, and better management of employee benefits.
3. Working Papers Forwarded to Local Govt. Department: The meeting reviewed the working papers that have already been forwarded to the Local Government Department for the Board's consideration. We discussed the current status and necessary follow-ups to expedite the approval process and implementation.
4. Any Other Items Presented by the Directors: The floor was opened for any additional items that the Directors wished to present. This segment allowed for an open dialogue and the sharing of issues faced by the Authorities, innovative ideas and solutions to improve our operations.
