Engagement of NGOs for CSOs Advisory Forum
About KPCSW
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Commission on the Status of Women (KPCSW) is a statutory body mandated to:
• Review laws, policies, and institutional mechanisms affecting women
• Advise the Government on measures to promote gender equality
• Safeguard and strengthen women’s wellbeing across the province
KPCSW is inviting applications from NGOs/INGOs to constitute a CSOs Advisory Forum, comprising representatives from civil society organizations.

Functions & Objectives of the Forum
The CSOs Advisory Forum will:
• Promote collaboration, coordination, and consultation between KPCSW and CSOs
• Support efforts to advance women’s rights and empowerment in KP
• Assist KPCSW in identifying key issues and challenges faced by women
• Provide recommendations and policy input
• Advise on policies, programs, and strategies related to women’s empowerment
• Support KPCSW in:
• Research and studies
• Assessments of women’s issues
• Identifying opportunities for joint initiatives and resource mobilization

Eligibility Criteria (Implied + Expanded)
Organizations should:
• Be registered NGOs/INGOs
• Have minimum 2 years of experience in:
• Women empowerment
• Gender-related work
• Have a track record of relevant interventions/projects
• Be able to contribute to policy dialogue, research, or advocacy

2. Registration Documents
• For NGOs:
• Registration with relevant provincial/federal authority
• Social Welfare Department / SECP / other applicable body
• For INGOs:
• Registration/MoU with:
• Economic Affairs Division (EAD), Islamabad
• Ministry of Interior, Islamabad
3. Financial Document
• Account Statement of the last one year
