📢 3rd HR Committee Meeting Held – Key Decisions Taken

The 3rd HR Committee Meeting of KPT&GSC was held on Thursday, 14th May 2026 at the Committee Room of the Energy & Power Department, GoKP, chaired by Mr. Said Khan Masood (Chairman HR Committee).

Key highlights and decisions from the meeting:

✅ HR Manual – Approved and recommended to the Board of Directors (BOD) for final approval.
✅ Terms of Reference (TORs) of the HR Committee – Reviewed and approved for BOD approval.
✅ Karora Transmission Line – Approval given for hiring of O&M contractor and in-house technical staff (Deputy Managers & Assistant Managers) for O&M, Grid, Procurement, and Tariff functions.
✅ Tariff Petitions – To be filed via a law firm, with a Manager (Legal) to coordinate.
✅ CFO cm Company Secretary – Draft advertisement and application form approved.
✅ Technical Advisor – Matter deferred as it falls outside KPT&GSC’s purview; referred to BOD.

💡 A proposal for a Contributory Provident Fund (CP Fund)-like system for employee benefits and retention was also noted for future consideration.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to all participants.

📄 All decisions have been referred to the Board of Directors for final approval.
