A kid presented to surgical Emergency of BKMC swabi, with glass injury to his left foot.There was extensive bleeding from his 🦶 due to left posterior tibial artery injury which was ligated under local anesthesia in minor OT. The patient was sent home after aseptic dressing.

A young man, case of a road traffic accident, presented with blunt trauma to the left side of the chest and upper abdomen. He was in hypovolemic shock, so vigorously resuscitated and base line investigations including chest x ray & eFAST scan were performed. There was hemopneumothorax on x ray and eFAST. Left side chest intubation was performed on the bed side in the surgical Emergency and was referred to the general surgery department for observation and further management.
