Pail -Piran was first setteled by tribe Called Raja's of Kattah and because of mircles (Mohjzaat) it was donated to Pir Khaja Noori (RUL) a grand father of Hashmies of Pail Piran. Pail Piran is very important and blessed village of Soon Valley in District Khushab having a Shrine of Pir Khaja Noori. Pail Padhrar is a combination of two villages in Khushab, Pakistan. The Pail village comes under the administrative jurisdiction of Padhrar Union Council but both are independent villages. Outside the area both names are used as a blended names but in reality both are independent villages. The Pail village was owned by Raja Saghar, who gave it to her daughter. Later she married Pir Khawaja Noori, one of the great Sufi saints. According to history of PAIL written by Pir Younus Shah 'Almost 500 years back Pir Ali Qatal (maoroos-i-aala) entered this area of India from (Mistan province as mentioned in Revenue record of dist khushab) to get hold of dowry land of his son Pir Khawaja Noori and planted 320 trees of peepal and stayed here to lookafter these trees in 'khaima'. Followers of PIR ALI QATAAL from different areas buried their loved ones near that khaima of PIR ALI QATAL .Due to huge number of peepal trees this area was given name of "PAIL" Later on Pail was given on "jagirdari system" to Laall Kathery, Ranjeet singh and others for 15 years. When PIR KHAWAJA NOORI returned to Pail with his wife "Great mother of Aulaad-e-Pir khawaja noori few trees were left. Many thousands kanal of dowry land (shamlaati land) in 1860 was given to "Pail Reserved Forest:" Now as per revenue record of Dist khushab more than 9000 kanal owned land of pail, majority of owners are ""peers"" of pail and 20% are "awaans" Among Peers 1. PIR NABI SHAH,2.PIR ANAIT SHAH,3.PIR CHANPIR SHAH,4.PIR IMAM SHAH 5. PIR QADIR BAKUSH, 6. PIR ABAD SHAH,7. PIR SAFDAR SHAH are the first seven biggest owners of pail. All pail was owned by peers and Awaans of pail. In 1860 the shamllati land of Pail was given to forest and left with 50,990 kanal shamlaati land in 150 khatoonies with 400 pieces of shamlaati land conditionally according to that every mine owner of any mineral shall distribute 50 percent profit to generation of pir khawaja noori. Tomb of PIR KHAWAJA NOORI is located at the top of a hill in the village. It was rebuilt in 1967 by Pir Ghulam Nabi Shah. Before the partition of India 2000 kanal valuble land was sold to descendant of Lall kathry and ranjeet singh, after partition this chunk of land was aloted to "muhaajurs from India" in 1974 Peers of Pail purchased back Pir Nabi Shah was most prominent among purchasers who prchased more than 1500 kanals .Peers of pail are divided 5 wharies 1. The 'Soon Valley' (Urdu: [[وادئ سون)]] or Soon Sakesar is located in the northwest of Khushab District, Punjab, Pakistan. Eeastern border of Soon Valley starts from Poodhrar village and western border land mark is Sakesar. The Sakesar is the highest mountain peak in the region, 5010 feet highest peak of the Salt Range. The valley is 35 mile long and 9 mile wide.Important towns in the valley are Pail-Piran,Naushahra, Chitta, Sabhral, Khoora, Nowshera, Kufri, Anga, UGALISHARIF, Mardwal, Dhadhar, Uchali and Bagh Shams-ud-Din.
