When financial responsibilities are shared, families don't just survive, they thrive. A working woman brings stability, resilience, and educational security to her home, proving that true partnership turns heavy economic challenges into a shared victory.

"If my wife were not working, running the household would have been very difficult for me. Bearing the educational expenses of the children alone was not easy."

جب گھر کی ذمہ داریاں مل کر اٹھائی جائیں تو مشکل سے مشکل وقت بھی آسان ہو جاتا ہے۔ ایک برسرِ روزگار عورت نہ صرف معاشی سہارا بنتی ہے بلکہ اپنے بچوں کو بہتر تعلیم اور روشن مستقبل دینے میں بھی اہم کردار ادا کرتی ہے۔

When women are given opportunities, skills, and the space to grow, they do more than build their own futures, they contribute to stronger families, workplaces, and communities.

Every woman who learns a skill, earns an income, and steps forward proves that women can achieve, create, and lead.

جب خواتین کو مواقع، ہنر سیکھنے کے مواقع اور آگے بڑھنے کے لیے سازگار ماحول ملتا ہے تو وہ صرف اپنا مستقبل نہیں سنوارتیں بلکہ مضبوط خاندانوں، بہتر کام کی جگہوں اور ترقی کرتی ہوئی کمیونٹیز کی تعمیر میں بھی اہم کردار ادا کرتی ہیں۔

ہر وہ خاتون جو ہنر سیکھتی ہے، آمدن کماتی ہے اور آگے بڑھتی ہے، یہ ثابت کرتی ہے کہ خواتین صلاحیت رکھتی ہیں، تخلیق کر سکتی ہیں اور قیادت بھی کر سکتی ہیں۔

خواتین کی قیادت میں شمولیت صرف نمائندگی کا معاملہ نہیں، بلکہ فیصلہ سازی کے شعبوں میں مختلف تجربات، مہارتوں اور صلاحیتوں کو شامل کرنے کا ذریعہ بھی ہے۔

آئیے مل کر ایسے زیادہ جامع اور مساوی کام کے ماحول کے لیے کام کریں جہاں خواتین قیادت کریں، آگے بڑھیں اور اپنی صلاحیتوں کو بھرپور طریقے سے بروئے کار لا سکیں۔

جب خواتین کو مواقع ملتے ہیں تو وہ صرف روایتی سوچ کو نہیں بدلتی، بلکہ نئے امکانات بھی پیدا کرتی ہیں۔

اپنے ہنر کو طاقت بنا کر، مواقع سے فائدہ اٹھا کر اور اپنی راہیں خود متعین کر کے، یہ خواتین ثابت کر رہی ہیں کہ خواتین سیکھ سکتی ہیں، قیادت کر سکتی ہیں، معاشی طور پر خودمختار بن سکتی ہیں اور ایک زیادہ جامع مستقبل کی تعمیر میں اپنا کردار ادا کر سکتی ہیں۔

آئیے روایتی سوچ سے آگے بڑھیں اور ایسا ماحول تشکیل دیں جہاں ہر خاتون کو اپنی صلاحیتوں کو بروئے کار لانے کا موقع ملے۔

Strength Beyond Limits: Nazia Saleh’s Journey to Empowerment

Nazia Saleh, from Tehsil Tandlianwala, Faisalabad, was born with a physical disability and has only one hand. After the loss of her father, she became a pillar of support for her heart patient mother and three younger siblings.

Despite the challenges she faced, Nazia completed her university education and earned a professional diploma in Textile Designing from Nasheman for the Disabled, Faisalabad.

Today, Nazia is financially independent and contributes to her family's needs, including her mother's medical care and her siblings' education and wellbeing.

Her journey reminds us that inclusive employment opportunities can transform lives.

“This is not a disability. This is how Allah created me, and I am content with it.”

Nazia's story is a testament to courage, resilience, skills, and the power of opportunity.



محدودیتوں سے آگے: نازیہ صالح کی بااختیاری کی کہانی

تحصیل تاندلیانوالہ، فیصل آباد سے تعلق رکھنے والی نازیہ صالح پیدائشی جسمانی معذوری کے ساتھ زندگی گزار رہی ہیں اور ان کا صرف ایک ہاتھ ہے۔ والد کے انتقال کے بعد انہوں نے دل کے عارضے میں مبتلا اپنی والدہ اور تین چھوٹے بہن بھائیوں کی ذمہ داری سنبھالی۔

مشکلات کے باوجود نازیہ نے اپنی یونیورسٹی کی تعلیم مکمل کی اور فیصل آباد کے نشیمن فار دی ڈس ایبلڈ سے ٹیکسٹائل ڈیزائننگ میں پروفیشنل ڈپلومہ حاصل کیا۔

آج نازیہ مالی طور پر خودمختار ہیں اور اپنی والدہ کے علاج اور اپنے بہن بھائیوں کی ضروریات پوری کرنے میں اپنا کردار ادا کر رہی ہیں۔

ان کی کہانی اس بات کی مثال ہے کہ بااختیار بنانے اور شمولیتی روزگار کے مواقع کس طرح زندگیوں کو بدل سکتے ہیں۔

"یہ معذوری نہیں ہے۔ اللہ نے مجھے اسی طرح پیدا کیا ہے اور میں اس پر مطمئن ہوں۔"

From Barriers to Opportunity: Aneesa’s Journey 🌱

Aneesa Shabbir, an Arts graduate from Multan, faced significant financial and cultural barriers to employment after marriage. Through the Women Empowerment (WE) Project, she received family counselling, support, CV referral, and on-the-job training, opening the door to a career in the textile sector.

Today, Aneesa is working full-time as a machine operator, earning a stable income and contributing to her family’s financial well being. Her journey reflects the power of skills, opportunity, and support in creating pathways to women’s economic empowerment.

Her story is a reminder that when women are given the right opportunities, they can build not only better futures for themselves, but also stronger futures for their families and communities.

رکاوٹوں سے مواقع تک: انیسہ کا سفر 🌱

انیسہ شبیر، ملتان سے تعلق رکھنے والی آرٹس گریجویٹ ہیں، جنہیں شادی کے بعد روزگار کے حصول میں مالی اور ثقافتی رکاوٹوں کا سامنا کرنا پڑا۔ ویمن ایمپاورمنٹ (WE) پروجیکٹ کے ذریعے انہیں خاندانی مشاورت، معاونت، سی وی ریفرل اور ملازمت کے دوران تربیت فراہم کی گئی، جس سے ان کے لیے ٹیکسٹائل کے شعبے میں روزگار کے نئے مواقع پیدا ہوئے۔

آج انیسہ، ایشیا ٹیکس یونٹس میں مشین آپریٹر کے طور پر کل وقتی ملازمت کر رہی ہیں، جہاں وہ مستحکم آمدنی حاصل کرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ اپنے خاندان کی مالی بہبود میں بھی اپنا کردار ادا کر رہی ہیں۔ ان کا سفر اس بات کی عکاسی کرتا ہے کہ مہارت، مواقع اور معاونت خواتین کو معاشی طور پر بااختیار بنانے کے لیے مؤثر راستے پیدا کر سکتے ہیں۔

ان کی کہانی اس بات کی یاد دہانی ہے کہ جب خواتین کو مناسب مواقع فراہم کیے جائیں تو وہ نہ صرف اپنے لیے بہتر مستقبل تشکیل دے سکتی ہیں بلکہ اپنے خاندانوں اور معاشروں کے لیے بھی ایک مضبوط مستقبل کی بنیاد رکھ سکتی ہیں۔

From Restriction to Opportunity ✨

Kashaf Maqsood dreamed of starting a jewelry business with her sister, Ayesha, but restrictive gender norms held her back.

Through the WE Committee, family counseling, and entrepreneurship support, Kashaf gained the confidence and skills to move forward. Her first stall at a cultural festival in Lahore earned her PKR 5,000 in a single day. From there, she went on to showcase her work at the State Bank Exhibition in Karachi.

Today, Kashaf and Ayesha are emerging entrepreneurs, supporting their family, continuing their education, and inspiring other young women in their community to dream bigger too.

This is what's possible when families and communities choose to support women instead of holding them back. 💛

Inclusion becomes meaningful when opportunities reach everyone.

Our identification data includes 455 participants from minority communities, 400 Christians and 55 Hindus. Through inclusive outreach, we are helping ensure that women from diverse religious and social backgrounds have equal access to opportunities.

Every voice matters. Every woman deserves the opportunity to thrive.

شمولیت اسی وقت بامعنی بنتی ہے جب مواقع سب تک پہنچیں۔

ہمارے شناختی اعداد و شمار میں اقلیتی برادریوں سے تعلق رکھنے والے 455 شرکاء شامل ہیں، جن میں 400 مسیحی اور 55 ہندو ہیں۔ جامع رسائی کے ذریعے ہم مختلف مذہبی اور سماجی پس منظر رکھنے والی خواتین تک مساوی مواقع پہنچانے کے لیے پُرعزم ہیں۔

ہر آواز اہم ہے، اور ہر عورت آگے بڑھنے کے مواقع کی حقدار ہے۔
