🎓 Conduct of LSA Grade-4 Assessment 2026 in PEIMA Schools

Punjab Education Curriculum Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA) will conduct the Sample-Based Large Scale Assessment (LSA-2026) for Grade-4 students in selected PEIMA schools across Punjab.

All concerned PEIMA school licensees are requested to ensure full cooperation with the nominated Test Administrators (TAs) and make necessary arrangements for the smooth and timely conduct of the assessment activity.

Physical Verification through PEIMAN App – PEIMA Schools

Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) has issued detailed Instructions Manual for conducting Physical Verification of Students through the PEIMAN App.

📱 Key Guidelines for AEOs & Schools:

🔹 Ensure updated version of PEIMAN App is installed before visit
🔹 Conduct verification strictly through the PEIMAN App (No manual process)
🔹 Verify Students, Teachers & School Information accurately
🔹 Match student data with SIS Booklet before verification
🔹 Mark students as Verified / Unverified based on physical presence
🔹 Upload pictures & evidence where required
🔹 Add proper remarks in case of discrepancies

📊 Important Points:
✔️ Only physically present students should be verified
✔️ Ensure complete and correct data entry before submission
✔️ Once submitted, data will be treated as final record
✔️ Any false or incorrect entry may lead to strict action

For the ongoing Physical Verification of Students, the official AEO Proforma must be properly completed during school visits.

📋 Instructions:
✔️ AEOs must fill the proforma accurately during verification
✔️ Head Teacher signature & school stamp is mandatory
✔️ A signed hard copy must be maintained at school
✔️ AEOs will submit the signed proforma to the District Focal Person
✔️ Focal Person will ensure submission to PEIMA Office

⚠️ Incomplete or unsigned proforma will not be accepted.

📌 Ensure all required details (enrollment, physically present students, infrastructure, etc.) are correctly recorded.
