Engr.Dr.Mansoor Ahmad Baluch has been working in the education sector since 1999 in different capacities in different organizations. He had also served as Registrar University of Engineering and Technology Taxila w.e.f March 24, 2015,to Jan 03,2022 .earlier Dr. Baluch had served in Prestigious public sector organizations of Government of Punjab. in Civil Engineering and worked as Research Fellow in 2018 during his Ph.D. Research phase at Politecnico di Milano university Italy under the International Research Supportive Initiative program of Higher Education Commission Islamabad Pakistan. He also got training on Capacity Building from the University of Leicester UK in 2017 and was nominated by Punjab Higher Education Commission. Dr. Baluch has over 22 years of teaching, administrative and research experience in various organizations in Pakistan and abroad. His expertise as a Researcher is in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water resource and Management, Material Science and Engineering, Mathematical Modeling, Graph theory, Statistical Analysis, Principle Component Analysis, Descriptive Analysis, Multi-Criteria Decision Making, Water Sampling, and Chemical Analysis. He is a life member of the Pakistan Engineering Council under PEC Reg No. He has also been awarded Quaid e, Azam Gold Medal, on meritorious services in the field of Education and Technical Education by Tehreek-e-Istehkam-e- Pakistan Council (Regd) in 2017 at Lahore.
