Action comittee Rufi Shopping Mall gulistan-e-jahor with the willingness of shops owners at Rufi Shopping Mall has decided to offer there shops located at Rufi Shopping Mall gulistan e jahor to the effected shop owners at Gul Plaza. Almost 1200 shops been completely burned at the fire incident occurred at busy saturday night were people of karachi and many families have lost there loved ones. We owners of shops at rufi shopping mall would like to offer each shop owner of gul plaza shopping mall a shop at our shopping mall without charging a single penny of Rent for next 2 years and without charging any kind of advances. Shops are ready to use.
Only issue is Ruf Shopping mall is not equipped with electricity if any person with contacts at K electric can allot a PMT to rufi shopping mall then we can help rebuild the business of Gul Plaza shop owners without leaving them to suffer more.

This is Rufi Shopping Mall Gulistan e jahor inside video of groud Floor. You can just imaging in year 2005 this mall was made in karachi where we didn’t had such malls like this this is even bigger than any mall present in karachi rightnow. But god forbid shows evil eye didn’t let this mall open even after 25 years for its construction. The people who bought shops in the mall amongst them are those who’s children’s are now grown up and they have children’s now some people are settled abroad some are present but still sleeping. The Builder of this mall have enough money to room in land-cruisers and have farmhouses but he have played with investment of many people and is still playing this bluff game. We want in written that when and how are we getting our electricity.

This is slip of Payment received by Builder in 2007. Electricity and documentation charges are paid when the mall is complete and you people can imagine from how long we are suffering. we have paid our money and only waiting for electricity. We have appealed to all govermental organisations even abad and there is not listening to this cause. We demand justice and electricity for our mall. Cheif justice pakistan should take notice and force builder to fullfill his promises made to the allottees.

Action committee members have gathered at Mall on Sunday,27th of July, 2025 to appeal to builder to demand for Electricity as we have paid Electricity Charges and Mall Bigger than Luckyone Mall is still not started yet. The so-called “powerful” builder Manzoor Rufi sits across the table while desperate allottees of Rufi Shopping Mall — who paid for their shops a quarter of a century ago — are still forced to beg for the basic right to electricity and the mall’s opening.
This humiliating scene from 2023 shows our Action Committee pleading with the same man who has kept hundreds of investors in financial and emotional suffering for decades.
Shame on the delay. Shame on the injustice. Enough is enough. Open the mall now!

Members of Action Committee try opening Mall by providing electricity though generators but as we know it was not a permanent solution so we failed to give shops on rent and open any shops on the premises! When Rufi Shopping Mall launching 25 years back people used to come to spend their Eid over their they had some dreams of a malll opening soon which will change their lives but this never happened a person who booked almost 10 shops by selling his house and cars has suffered many years without no money in pocket to eat as each and every penny was paid to builder to let him buy landcruiser make tours of foreign country and crush dreams of people who have trusted him and put their money on stake! Till when this cheating will keep on happening in this country? This is why we don’t succeed in life because we all are after each other to eat each other and leave person left with clothes and nothing else! We request our army chief to think for the future of our children’s and Make Manzoor Rufi a symbol of betrayal. We only demand justice from our higher authorities all the officers in SBCA and KDA may allah bring peace to your house and homes if you bring peace to our life by taking notice and getting us freedom from this builder. We have spend most of our life and is in the last stages of life we don’t want to die without seeing our shop of dreams.
