MagnifiScience Centre Visit Report

Around 100 students of Grades 6–10 ,from Muslim Association School, along with 10 teachers, visited the TDF MagnifiScience Centre today. It was an interactive and engaging learning experience where students explored science exhibits and participated in hands-on activities with great enthusiasm. The visit helped students connect classroom learning with real-life scientific concepts and promoted curiosity and interest in STEM education.
We sincerely thank SELD ,Respected Sir Imtiaz Ali Bhugio (DEO South), Mr. Irfan Ahmed (TEO Lyari, ),and the The Dawood Foundation team for arranging and coordinating such an informative educational visit for government schools. We are also grateful to SELD for providing free lunch and comfortable transport facilities for students and teachers.

The visit proved to be a successful and memorable learning experience for all participants.

The International Day of Plant Health (IDPH) is celebrated annually on 12 May to raise global awareness on how protecting plant health can end hunger, reduce poverty, protect biodiversity, and boost economic development. Plants constitute \(80\%\) of the food we eat and \(98\%\) of our oxygen, yet up to \(40\%\) of global food crops are lost to plant pests annually.

Today, our school students delivered speeches on the completion of the 1st anniversary of Marqa-e-Haq. The students participated with great enthusiasm and confidence, expressing their thoughts on patriotism, sacrifice, unity, and the bravery of our armed forces. Such activities help students develop awareness, respect, and love for the country while enhancing their public speaking skills.
