1. RWS is a community driven organisation committed to enhancing quality of life of B 17 residents through group efforts and follow up .
2. Who we are :
We are dedicated group of residents comprising of all blocks in Multi Garden B 17 working together for the Welfare of residents to ensure clean environment and timely resolution of issues faced by residents for making our Society one of the best living place in Islamabad.
3. Our Objectives:
• Promote unity and cooperation among residents
• Address community issues and facilitate effective solutions
• Organize cultural, social, and environmental activities
• Liaise with MPCHS management and nation building departments for infrastructure and development needs of Society ( B 17).
4. RWS structure :
Ther group is headed by full time chairman , cabinet and core team for policy decision and guidance in regards to resolutions of issues .
5. Past achievements:
The group had achieved several flag ship activities such as closure of Asphalt and tarcoal plants ,50 % reduction of maintenance charges in the last AGM, U-Turn on the GT Road, electricity and number of others burning issues faced by residents are pursued with management and other government departments like CDA,, WAPDA, gas etc.

2. ہم کون ہیں:
ہم ملٹی گارڈن کے تمام بلاکس پر مشتمل رہائشیوں کا ایک سرشار گروپ ہیں جو مکینوں کی فلاح و بہبود کے لیے مل کر کام کر رہے ہیں تاکہ صاف ستھرا ماحول اور رہائشیوں کو درپیش مسائل کے بروقت حل کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے تاکہ ہماری سوسائٹی کو اسلام آباد کی بہترین رہائش گاہوں میں سے ایک بنایا جا سکے۔
3. ہمارے مقاصد
• رہائشیوں کے درمیان اتحاد اور تعاون کو فروغ دیں۔
• کمیونٹی کے مسائل کو حل کریں اور مؤثر حل کی سہولت فراہم کریں۔
ثقافتی، سماجی اور ماحولیاتی سرگرمیوں کو منظم کریں۔
• سوسائٹی کے بنیادی ڈھانچے اور ترقیاتی ضروریات کے لیے MPCHS مینجمنٹ اور قوم کی تعمیر کے محکموں کے ساتھ رابطہ قائم کریں (B 17)۔
4. RWS ڈھانچہ:
اس گروپ کی سربراہی کل وقتی چیئرمین، کابینہ اور مسائل کے حل کے حوالے سے پالیسی فیصلے اور رہنمائی کے لیے کور ٹیم کرتی ہے۔
5. ماضی کی کامیابیاں:
اس گروپ نے متعدد فلیگ شپ سرگرمیاں حاصل کیں جیسے اسفالٹ اور تارکول پلانٹس کی بندش، آخری اےجی ام میں مینٹی نینس چارجز میں کمی۔ جی ٹی روڈ پر یو ٹرن، بجلی اور رہائشیوں کو درپیش دیگر سنگین مسائل کا انتظام اور دیگر سرکاری محکموں جیسے سی ڈی اے، واپڈا، گیس وغیرہ کے ساتھ تعاقب کیا جاتا ہے۔
