گوادر میں پیشہ ور گداگروں کی یلغار، محکمہ سوشل ویلفیئر متحرک، غیرمقامی گداگروں کے خلاف کارروائی کا آغاز
گوادر میں پیشہ ور گداگروں کی بڑھتی ہوئی یلغار کے خلاف محکمہ سوشل ویلفیئر حرکت میں آ گیا۔ ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر سوشل ویلفیئر گوادر محمد عیسیٰ کی خصوصی ہدایات پر سوشل ویلفیئر آفیسر گوادر شاہ داد شاد نے گوادر پولیس کے ایس آئی عصمت بلوچ کے ہمراہ پیشہ ور گداگروں کے خلاف کریک ڈاؤن کرتے ہوئے شہر کے مختلف مقامات پر چھاپہ مار کارروائیاں کیں۔
کارروائی کے دوران 31 غیرمقامی گداگروں کو تحویل میں لے لیا گیا۔ گرفتار ہونے والوں میں بوڑھے مرد و خواتین کے ساتھ نوجوان اور کمسن بچے بچیاں بھی شامل تھیں۔ بعد ازاں انہیں تحویل میں لے کر ان کے آبائی علاقوں کو روانہ کرنے کا بندوبست کیا گیا۔
سوشل ویلفیئر آفیسر شاہ داد شاد کے مطابق انسانی ہمدردی کی بنیاد پر ان گداگروں کو سرکاری خرچ پر مسافر بسوں کے ذریعے ان کے آبائی علاقوں روانہ کیا گیا اور انہیں تنبیہ کی گئی کہ وہ دوبارہ گوادر کا رخ نہ کریں۔
ادھر گوادر کے سماجی حلقوں نے محکمہ سوشل ویلفیئر کی اس کارروائی کو سراہتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ پیشہ ور گداگروں کی موجودگی سے شہر کا پرامن اور مہذب ماحول متاثر ہو رہا تھا، لہٰذا ایسے عناصر کے خلاف کارروائیاں تسلسل کے ساتھ جاری رکھی جانی چاہئیں۔

ڈپٹی کمشنر گوادر حمودالرحمان صاحب کی خصوصی ہدایات اور ڈسٹرکٹ پولیس آفیسر گوادر ضیاء مندوخیل صاحب کی خصوصی تعاون سے سوشل ویلفیئر آفیسر گوادر شاہ داد شاد نے گوادر پولیس کے ہمراہ گوادر میں مقامی اور غیرمقامی بھکاریوں کے خلاف کریک ڈاؤن کا آغاز کردیا۔ سب انسپکٹر گوادر پولیس نیاز محمد، انچارج شہید محمد خماری پولیس پوسٹ عظمت بلوچ اور سوشل ورکر انیتہ جلیل بھی ان کے ہمراہ تھے۔
گوادر کے مختلف مقامات پر بھکاریوں کو گرفتار کرکے پولیس تھانوں میں منتقل کردیا۔ جبکہ بھکاریوں کے متعدد ٹھکانوں پر چھاپہ مار کر انہیں گرفتار کیا گیا۔ تمام گرفتار بھکاریوں کو آخری وارننگ دیکر ان کے شہروں کو روانہ کردیا جائیگا۔
ڈپٹی کمشنر گوادر حمودالرحمان صاحب کی خصوصی ہدایات پر گوادر میں بھکاریوں کے خلاف کریک ڈاؤن مہم آخری بھکاری کی گرفتاری تک جاری رہیگا۔ گوادر کے عوام سے اپیل ہیکہ وہ اس مہم میں ضلعی انتظامیہ کا ساتھ دیں، بھکاریوں کے ٹھکانوں، ان کے نیٹ ورکس اور بھیک مانگنے کے مقامات کی نشاندہی کرنے میں تعاون فراہم کریں۔

گوادر، 20 مارچ 2025 – ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر سوشل ویلفیئر، میر جان بلوچ کی ہدایت پر آج سوشل ویلفیئر آفس گوادر میں ڈینگی آگاہی مہم کا باضابطہ آغاز کیا گیا۔ اس مہم کا مقصد ڈینگی وائرس سے متعلق شعور اجاگر کرنا اور احتیاطی تدابیر کو فروغ دینا تھا۔

سیشن کی سربراہی سوشل ورکر انیتا جلیل نے کی، جس میں دفتر کے کلرک، سوشل ورکرز، اور دیگر عملے نے بھرپور شرکت کی۔ شرکاء کو ڈینگی وائرس کی وجوہات، علامات، اور اس سے بچاؤ کے مؤثر طریقے پر تفصیلی بریفنگ دی گئی۔ انہیں ترغیب دی گئی کہ وہ نہ صرف اپنے گھروں بلکہ اپنے اردگرد کے ماحول میں بھی صفائی اور احتیاطی تدابیر کو یقینی بنائیں تاکہ اس موذی بیماری کے پھیلاؤ کو روکا جا سکے۔

یہ مہم سوشل ویلفیئر ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی جانب سے عوامی صحت اور فلاح و بہبود کے فروغ کے لیے کی جانے والی مسلسل کوششوں کا حصہ ہے، جس کا مقصد ایک محفوظ، صحت مند اور بیماریوں سے پاک معاشرے کی تشکیل کو یقینی بنانا ہے۔
