PROCEEDINGS OF MEETING WITH LAMBARDARS

A meeting with the Lambardars of Gojal was held at the office of the Assistant Commissioner Gojal on 04 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, under the chairmanship of the Assistant Commissioner Gojal.

The meeting was attended by the Lambardars of various villages of Gojal. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues being faced by the local population and to seek their suggestions for resolution of such matters.

The following issues were discussed in detail:

1. Land Reforms:
Matters relating to land reforms, land-related issues and concerns of the local population were discussed. The Lambardars highlighted various difficulties being faced by the public and put forward their suggestions for appropriate resolution.
2. Waste Dumping Site:
The issue of proper identification and establishment of a suitable waste dumping/disposal site was discussed. The need for an appropriate and environmentally suitable site, along with proper waste management arrangements, was emphasized.
3. Other Public Issues:
The Lambardars also highlighted various other issues and difficulties faced by the residents of their respective villages. Their concerns and suggestions were noted for consideration and necessary action by the concerned authorities.

The Assistant Commissioner Gojal heard the concerns of the Lambardars and assured them that the issues raised during the meeting would be examined and taken up with the relevant departments/authorities for appropriate action.

The meeting concluded with appreciation for the participation and valuable input of the Lambardars

Today, the Assistant Commissioner Gojal, accompanied by the Field Revenue Staff, undertook a field visit to Misghar to assess the prevailing administrative and public service issues and to engage directly with the local community.
During the visit, the Assistant Commissioner held a detailed meeting with the Numberdar, local notables, and community representatives, who apprised him of various issues concerning the area, particularly land/revenue matters and other community-level concerns.
The Assistant Commissioner also visited and inspected the following public institutions:
C-Class Dispensary, Misghar – existing facilities and operational issues were reviewed.
Government Middle School, Misghar – the condition of the institution and related requirements were assessed.
The community representatives were given an opportunity to present their concerns directly. The Assistant Commissioner Gojal assured the community that all genuine issues, particularly land and revenue-related matters, would be examined on priority and addressed promptly in accordance with the applicable rules and law.

اسسٹنٹ کمشنر گوجال جناب مختار احمد کے زیر صدارت عطا آباد جھیل کے اطراف میں صفائی مہم چلانے کے حوالے ایک اہم اجلاس منعقد ہوا، جس میں ویسٹ منیجمنٹ کمپنی کے نمائندے کے علاؤہ ششکٹ آئین آباد بوٹ اونرز ایسوسی ایشن کے کابینہ اور عطا آباد جھیل کے اطراف میں قائم تمام ہوٹلز کے منیجرز / نمائندوں نے شرکت کی۔ شرکاء اجلاس نے کہا کہ چونکہ عطا آباد جھیل کا شمار پاکستان کے منفرد سیاحتی مقامات میں ہوتا ہے اس لئے اس جھیل کی متواتر صفائی انتہائی ضروری ہے تاکہ اس کی قدرتی حسن کو برقرار رکھا جا سکے، اجلاس میں فیصلہ ہوا کہ ضلعی انتظامیہ ہنزہ کے زیر انتظام تمام سٹیک ہولڈرز مل کر مورخہ 27 اگست 2026 بروز جمعرات کو صبح 10 بجے سے صفائی مہم کا آغاز کریں گے اور آئین آباد، ششکٹ اور عطا آباد جھیل کے اطراف کو کچرے سے پاک کیا جائے گا، اجلاس میں یہ فیصلہ بھی کیا گیا کہ اس اہم مہم کو کامیاب بنانے کےلئے مقامی والینٹرز اور عام شہریوں کو بھی شرکت کی دعوت دی جائے گی، تاکہ شہری شعور کو فروغ دیا جا سکے۔

The AC Gojal along with revenue staff carried out detailed visit of the Earthquake hit areas of Chupurson Valley.*

As per the directions of the Deputy Commissioner Hunza, the Assistant Commissioner Gojal, Mukhtar Ahmad along with Naib Tehsildar Niabat Sost visited the villages affected by earthquake in the Chipurson Valley to assess the damages caused by the Earthquake on 13th Aug 2026. The AC Gojal held a detailed meeting with all stakeholders of the valley including Lamberdars, CLSO, Disaster Committee and others, during the meeting he stated that the government would ensure all possible assistance for the affected people and that the losses would be compensated. He directed the revenue staff to prepare list of the damaged houses and submit a report immediately so that the report could be submitted to higher authorities without delay.

ڈپٹی کمشنر ہنزہ کی ہدایت پر اسسٹنٹ کمشنر گوجال مختار احمد نے نائب تحصیلدار نیابت سوست کے ہمراہ 13 اگست 2026 کو آنے والے زلزلے سے ہونے والے نقصانات کا جائزہ لینے کے لیے چپورسن ویلی میں زلزلے سے متاثرہ دیہات کا دورہ کیا۔ انہوں نے مقامی عمائدین جن میں چپورسن لوکل سپورٹ آرگنائزیشن، لمبر داران اور ڈیزاسٹر کمیٹی و دیگر سے ملاقات کے دوران کہا کہ حکومت متاثرہ افراد کی ہر ممکن مدد کو یقینی بنائے گی اور نقصانات کا ازالہ کیا جائے گا۔ انہوں نے ریونیو سٹاف کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ تباہ شدہ مکانات کی فہرست تیار کر کے فوری رپورٹ پیش کریں تاکہ رپورٹ اعلیٰ حکام کو پیش کی جا سکے۔
