23 مارچ 1940 وہ تاریخی دن ہے جب قیامِ پاکستان کی بنیاد ایک عظیم عزم کے ساتھ رکھی گئی۔ آج یومِ پاکستان کے اس پرمسرت موقع پر، بحیثیت ڈسٹرکٹ پاپولیشن ویلفیئر آفیسر مہمند، میں آپ سب کو مبارکباد پیش کرتا ہوں۔ ہمارے آباؤ اجداد نے جس آزاد وطن کا خواب دیکھا تھا، اس کی حقیقی خوشحالی تب ہی ممکن ہے جب ہم ایک ذمہ دار معاشرے کے طور پر ابھریں۔ آبادی کے توازن اور فلاحی ریاست کے قیام کے لیے محنت کرنا بھی درحقیقت وطن کی محبت کا ثبوت ہے۔ آئیے آج کے دن یہ عہد کریں کہ ہم وسائل اور آبادی میں توازن برقرار رکھ کر اپنے ملک کی مضبوطی، صحت مند نسلوں کی پرورش اور روشن مستقبل کے لیے اپنا بھرپور کردار ادا کریں گے۔"

I wholeheartedly congratulate the Population Welfare Department staff for their remarkable dedication and outstanding service during the recent floods in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Under the dynamic leadership of Madam Secretary Population Welfare Dr.Aneela Mahfooz Durrani and in line with the vision and directions of the Honourable Minister for Population(SACM), Mr. Malik Liaqat Ali Khan, and the Director General Population, Mr. Rehan Gul Khattak, our department demonstrated unity, resilience, and commitment in serving the people during this time of crisis.

Our doctors, district officers, and field staff played a vital role by providing emergency medical care, food supplies, and essential relief services to the affected families. We are especially grateful to our respected Secretary, whose personal efforts and connections ensured the timely provision of food, clean drinking water, purification tablets, and life-saving medicines.

This video highlights the glimpses of our collective efforts and the relief centres established by the department, which became a symbol of hope and support for the distressed communities.

Together, with passion and teamwork, we have proven that no challenge is insurmountable. When we stand united, we can overcome every hardship and achieve remarkable success.
