A meeting was held with all District Education Officers, Dy. District Education Officers and Assistant Directors under the chairmanship of CEO Education Abdul Karim.
As per the orders of Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat and Provincial Worthy Secretary School Education Department, Government of the Punjab Mudassir Riaz Malik, the educational environment of classrooms in all public schools should be excellent. Along with the quality of education of students, focus should also be on character building. And teachers should be respectful and provide an educationally friendly environment to children.
All Deputy District Education Officers of CEO Education were instructed to visit high and higher secondary schools. Visits and inspections should be purposeful, in which the aspect of reform must be taken into account.
And the instructions issued during the visit must be followed up.
All education officers were instructed to inspect the construction works in the schools during the visit. And the school head was instructed to pay attention to the material quality and other matters regarding the construction work.
Instructions were issued regarding appropriate safety measures for students
The duty roster of teachers regarding the safety measures for students at the construction area during school opening and closing times and during recreation hours should be issued on a daily basis and its implementation should be strictly ensured.
The opening and closing times of a school should be systematically organized by the teachers to monitor the entry and exit of students so as to avoid any disruption or rush.
All school transport and their drivers should be registered with their respective schools and a register should be maintained in all government and private schools containing detailed information about school buses/vans/rickshaws etc. and bus drivers.
Counseling sessions should be organized to make students, parents and drivers aware of the dangers associated with overloading.
Zebra crossings should be properly marked, and the road should be freshly painted.
Online correspondence has started in all educational offices. Therefore, all officers are instructed to continue correspondence through E-FOAS.
A plan of action is being made to implement the training according to the modern model of respect for all school heads and teachers.
All District Education Officers should ensure 100% implementation of the dress code by all teaching staff in their respective wings as per the instructions of the School Education Department.

وزیرتعلیم پنجاب رانا سکندر حیات اور صوبائی سیکرٹری تعلیم پنجاب مدثر ریاض ملک کے احکامات کے مطابق تمام پبلک سکولوں میں کلاس رومز کا تعلیمی ماحول بہترین ہو۔ اسٹوڈنٹس کی کوالٹی آف ایجوکیشن کے ساتھ ساتھ کیریکٹر بلڈنگ پر بھی فوکس کی جائے۔ اور اساتذہ اکرام بچوں سے تعلیمی دوستانہ ماحول رکھیں۔
سی ای او ایجوکیشن کی تمام ڈپٹی ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسرز کو ہائی اور ہائیر سیکنڈری سکولز وزٹ کرنے کی ہدایات کی گئی۔ وِزٹ و اِنسپکشن بامقصد ہو ، جس میں اصلاح کے پہلو کو مدنظر لازمی رکھیں۔
اور وزٹ میں جو ہدایات جاری کریں ان کا فالو اپ لازمی لیا جائے۔
تمام تعلیمی آفیسرز دوران وزٹ سکولوں میں تعمیراتی کاموں کو خصوصی طور پر انسپکشن کرنے کی ہدایات کی گئی ۔ اور سکول سربراہ کو تعمیراتی کاموں کے حوالے سے مٹیریل کوالٹی اور دیگرز معاملات پر توجہ رکھنے کی ہدایات کی گئیں۔
طلباء و طالبات کے مُناسب حفاظتی اقدامات کے حوالے سے ہدایات جاری کی گئیں۔
سکول اوپننگ و کلوزنگ اوقات اور دوران تفریح اوقات تعمیراتی ایریا پر طلباء و طالبات کے حفاظتی اقدامات کے حوالے سے اساتذہ کا ڈیوٹی روسٹر روزانہ کی بنیاد پر جاری کر کے اس پر عملدرآمد سختی سے یقینی بنایا جائے۔
طلباء کے داخلے اور اخراج کی نگرانی کے لیے اساتذہ کا ایک اسکول کے کھلنے اور بند ہونے کے اوقات کو منظم طریقے سے منظم کیا جانا چاہیے تاکہ خرابی یا رش سے بچا جا سکے۔
تمام اسکول ٹرانسپورٹ اور ان کے ڈرائیوروں کو ان کے متعلقہ اسکولوں میں رجسٹر کیا جاۓ اور تمام سرکاری اور نجی اسکولوں میں ایک رجسٹر رکھا جاۓ جس میں اسکول بسوں / وین / رکشہ وغیرہ اور بس ڈرائیوروں کے بارے میں تفصیلی معلومات موجود ہوں۔
طلباء و طالبات ، والدین اور ڈرائیوروں کو اوور لوڈنگ سے منسلک خطرات کے بارے میں آگاہ کرنے کے لیے کونسلنگ سیشن کا اہتمام کیا جائے۔
زیبرا کراسنگ کو صحیح طریقے سے نشان زد کیا جائے، اور سڑک پر تازہ پینٹ لگایا جائے ۔
تمام تعلیمی دفاتر میں آن لائن خط و کتابت کا سلسلہ شروع ہو چکا ہے۔ اس لئے تمام آفیسرز E-FOAS کے ذریعے خط و خطابت جاری رکھنے کی ہدایات ۔
تمام سکول سربراہان اور اساتذہ اکرام کی جدید استوار کے مطابق ٹریننگ پر عملدرآمد کے بارے لائحہ عمل بنایا جا رہا ہے۔
تمام ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسرز اپنے اپنے ونگ میں تمام ٹیچنگ سٹاف کو سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی ہدایات کے مطابق ڈریس کوڈ پر ٪100 عملدرآمد یقینی بنائیں۔
