PSER Household Survey Instructions
All Enumerators are instructed to strictly follow the Right Hand Rule during survey activities.
✅ Start survey from the North West Corner of the assigned block.
✅ Visit every household one by one according to the Right Hand Rule.
✅ Ensure no household is skipped during verification.
✅ Check and verify every completed survey carefully.
✅ Complete the entire assigned block before closure.
✅ After block completion, submit the Block Closure Certificate with total Households and Population details duly signed.
These instructions are issued by the Settle Supervisor / Facilitator for accurate and transparent survey operations under Punjab Socio Economic Registry District Bhakkar – PSER
