The financial appreciation was given in recognition of their excellent performance during the special cleanliness campaign carried out on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.

Assistant Commissioner Besham, Mr. Syed Javed Iqbal Sb and Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMO) TMA Besham, Mr. Rehman Ghani Sb ,today distributed appreciation certificates among the sanitation staff of TMA Besham and the sanitation staff of Village Councils Butyal I, II, and III.
The certificates were awarded in recognition of their outstanding performance during the special cleanliness operations carried out on the eve of Eid-ul-Azha 2026. The staff ensured timely removal of sacrificial waste, proper disposal in designated pits, and thorough washing of public areas, maintaining high standards of hygiene and public health.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Syed Javed Iqbal and Mr. Rehman Ghani appreciated the dedication and commitment of the sanitation workers. They stated that the excellent performance during Eid reflects the staff’s service spirit and TMA Besham’s commitment to providing a clean and healthy environment for citizens.

On the first day of Eid-ul-Azha, the sanitation staff of Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Besham carried out a special cleanliness operation in Besham Main Bazar.
The team promptly removed sacrificial animal carcasses and waste from the market areas and collection points to ensure public health and hygiene. Following the removal, the entire bazar was thoroughly washed and cleaned to maintain a clean and safe environment for citizens and visitors.
TMA Besham remains committed to providing timely sanitation services during Eid and ensuring a clean environment for the public.
