A meeting of the Deans’ Committee of Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (CUVAS), Bahawalpur, was held under the chairmanship of the Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tariq Javed. During the meeting, a comprehensive review of various agenda items related to the academic, administrative, and infrastructural development of the University was undertaken. Special emphasis was placed on addressing students’ issues and ensuring their timely resolution through an efficient and student-friendly administrative system. The Committee also reviewed preparations for the Fall 2026 Admission Campaign and discussed strategies to make the campaign more effective, dynamic, and far-reaching. The Vice Chancellor stressed the importance of highlighting the University's academic strengths, modern facilities, and career-oriented programs to attract talented students from across the country.
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tariq Javed emphasized student welfare as the University's top priority, directing all academic and administrative offices to ensure efficient student facilitation while reviewing plans for the provision of missing facilities and improvement of campus services. The Committee also discussed the University's solarization initiative as part of CUVAS's commitment to sustainability, quality enhancement, and continuous institutional development
