Here’s the list of CHED Regional Offices that have opened applications for the CHED Merit Scholarship Program (CMSP) for Academic Year 2025–2026.

You can apply now until June 20, 2025. Make sure to send in your application on or before the deadline.

As of now, only CHED Regional Offices VIII, XI, XII, and Caraga have not yet announced the opening of the application.

MUNICIPALITY OF ZARRAGA SK MONITORING & EVALUATION REPORT 2024 UPDATE!

The Local Youth Development Office would like to recognize the following Sangguniang Kabataan Councils for successfully submitting their respective M&E Reports for the Council Year 2024.

10 of 24 barangays successfully submitted their 2024 Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Reports through the SK Web Portal, marking a 41.67% compliance rate.

The SK M&E Report is a mandatory requirement under Republic Act 10742, or the SK Reform Act of 2015, as amended by RA 11768, and is further reinforced through DILG Memorandum Circulars and advisories from the National Youth Commission (NYC). These reports served as essential tools in evaluating the effectiveness and responsiveness of SK programs, projects, and activities at the grassroots level.

The Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) of Barotac Nuevo, led by YDO III Roanne Teruel Padua, in collaboration with the National Youth Commission - Region 6 hosted the First Semester Local Youth Development Officers’ Meeting on April 4, 2025 at the Social Hall of the New Municipal Building in Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo.
This meeting brought together Youth Development Officers from various municipalities all over the province of Iloilo to discuss key initiatives, share best practices, and strengthen collaboration in fostering youth empowerment in the region.
