The 2026 Baliguian Summer League Menโs and Womenโs Volleyball Tournament officially came to a successful and exciting conclusion, bringing together athletes and supporters in a celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, and unity. The tournament showcased the exceptional talent, grit and determination of participating clusters, making it one of the most competitive and memorable tournaments yet.
In the Menโs Division, the Malinao-Mamawan Cluster emerged as champions after a strong and dominant performance throughout the tournament. The Kilalaban-San Jose Cluster secured second place, while the Kauswagan-Lumay-Poblacion Cluster claimed third place honors. Individual excellence was also recognized, with Manuel Tingot earning the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award, while Sumampong of the Kilalaban-San Jose Cluster was honored as the Seasonโs MVP for his consistent outstanding performance during the league.
Meanwhile, in the Womenโs Division, the Kauswagan-Lumay-Poblacion Cluster captured the championship title through impressive teamwork and determination. The Kilalaban-San Jose Cluster finished as second placer, while the Alegria-Mamad-Tan-awan Cluster secured third place. Irene Latosa was awarded MVP for her remarkable contributions on the court, while Lovely Tabo-tabo received the Conference MVP award for her exceptional performance throughout the competition.
