As part of the celebration of the 32nd National Crime Prevention Week (NCPW), Personnel of the 1st Zamboanga City Mobile Force Company (1st ZCMFC), led by PLT CYRA B CORDETA, Chief Admin/PCR/2nd Platoon leader, under the leadership of PLTCOL JUMARK Q CAร‘A, Force Commander, conducted an informative lecture on Republic Act No. 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004) and Republic Act No. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) to the residents of Barangay Lumayang, Zamboanga City, together with the Personnel of ZCPS5.

The activity aimed to strengthen community awareness on the prevention of violence against women and children, promote a drug-free community, and encourage residents to actively participate in maintaining peace and security in their locality.

As part of the unitโ€™s commitment to community service, personnel also distributed food packs to the residents, demonstrating that genuine public service goes beyond law enforcementโ€”it is about reaching out, caring, and building stronger partnerships with the community.

Together, let us work hand in hand in preventing crime and building a safer, peaceful, and drug-free community.

In line with the celebration of the 32nd National Crime Prevention Week (NCPW), personnel of the 1st Zamboanga City Mobile Force Company (1st ZCMFC), led by PLT CYRA B CORDETA, Chief PCR/ADMIN/2nd Platoon Leader, under the leadership of PLTCOL JUMARK Q CAร‘A, Force Commander, in joint activity with PS5 Divisoria, conducted a practical training on Handcuffing Techniques and Arnis Defense Techniques for the Barangay Tanods from the different barangays within the area of responsibility of PS5 Divisoria.

The activity aimed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and preparedness of our Barangay Tanods in maintaining peace and order, responding to incidents, and promoting community safety.

Through continuous training, cooperation, and partnership between the PNP and our dedicated community partners, we strengthen our collective efforts toward a safer, more secure, and crime-resilient community.
