The Local Civil Registry Office of Iba, Zambales successfully participated in the national roll-out of the Electronic Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (eCRVS) System, marking a significant milestone in the digital transformation of civil registration services.

This modern platform aims to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility of civil registry transactions ensuring faster processing, secure data management, and improved service delivery for the public.

As we embrace this innovation, LGU IBA under the leadership of our Mayor Irene Maniquiz Binan reaffirms our commitment to providing reliable, responsive, and technology-driven civil registration services for our constituents.

💻📑 Moving forward, the LCRO will continue to support initiatives that strengthen civil registration and uphold every Filipino’s right to legal identity.

The Local Civil Registry Office of Iba successfully conducted a Mobile Registration Activity at Jesmag National High School to bring civil registration services closer to the community and raise awareness among the students.

📝 𝙈𝙤𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨
• Accepted requests for the Free Issuance of Certified True Copies of Certificate of Live Birth
• Assisted clients with inquiries regarding Late Registration of Birth and Corrections under RA 9048

📚 𝘾𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙇𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚
Grade 12 students attended an informative lecture highlighting the importance of civil registration and proper documentation of vital events.

Students actively participated in a Quiz Bee, showcasing their knowledge and understanding of civil registration and related laws.

📖 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙄𝙀𝘾 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙨
Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials were distributed to further promote awareness of civil registry services.

💙 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮
As part of the activity, the PSA Feeding Program served hot meals to Grade 12 students, promoting care and support for the learners.

The Local Civil Registry Office extends its appreciation to Jesmag National High School for their cooperation and warm welcome in making this outreach activity successful.

💙Bilang pakikiisa ng ating Municipal Health Office sa pagdiriwang ng National Women’s Month 2026, at sa patuloy na suporta ng Local Government Unit of Iba sa pamumuno ng ating butihing Mayor Irenea Maniquiz-Binan, malugod po naming inaanyayahan ang ating mga kababaihan sa komunidad na makilahok sa ating ZUMBA Fitness Activity tuwing Biyernes ng buwan ng Marso.

❤️Ang gawaing ito ay inihahandog bilang pagkilala sa lakas, kakayahan, at mahalagang papel ng kababaihan sa ating pamilya at lipunan. Layunin nitong itaguyod ang mabuting kalusugan, aktibong pamumuhay, at patuloy na pagbibigay-lakas sa bawat babae sa ating bayan.

🎥 Civil Registration Symposium

Today at Amungan National High School, we successfully conducted our Civil Registration Symposium, empowering students with valuable knowledge about the importance of birth registration and other vital documents that secure their legal identity and future opportunities.

Alongside learning, we also shared warm porridge with the students — a simple gesture to nourish both mind and body. 💙

Thank you to the school administrators, teachers, and students for the warm welcome and active participation. Your enthusiasm made this activity even more meaningful!

The Local Civil Registry Office, in partnership with Philippine Statistics Authority – Zambales, is currently conducting Batch 2 (Afternoon Session) of the Civil Registration Symposium for Grade 9 students of Amungan National High School at Iba.

This session focuses on increasing students’ awareness of civil registration, the importance of accurate civil registry documents, and their role in responsible citizenship.

📌 ONGOING CIVIL REGISTRATION SYMPOSIUM 📌

The Local Civil Registry Office, in partnership with Philippine Statistics Authority – Zambales, is currently conducting a Civil Registration Symposium for Grade 10, and 11 and grade 9 students of Amungan National High School at Iba, Zambales. This symposium is for 3 batches.

The symposium aims to raise awareness on civil registration processes, rights, and responsibilities, and to highlight the importance of accurate and complete civil registry documents among the youth.
