The Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off Ceremony held at the Solsogon Elementary School was participated in by the Sta. Margarita Fire Station, represented by SFO1 Joselito A Pido Jr, Chief, Operations Section, under the supervision of SFO4 Erwin N Dominguez, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal.

Following the activity, the Fire Safety Inspectors of this Station conducted a fire safety inspection to evaluate the school's compliance with the fire safety measures. Appropriate recommendations were likewise provided to address identified concerns and further promote a fire-safe learning environment.

Earlier today, the Sta. Margarita Fire Station, represented by SFO1 Joselito A Pido Jr, Chief, Operations Section, under the supervision of SFO4 Erwin N Dominguez, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, attended the Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off Ceremony held at the Curry National High School with the theme: “Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa Para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman”.

The activity gathered various stakeholders, government agencies, school personnel, parents, and community volunteers in a collective effort to prepare the school facilities for the opening of classes.

Immediately thereafter, the Fire Safety Inspectors of this Station conducted a fire safety inspection at Curry National Highschool, Cinco Elementary School, and Hindang Elementary School, to assess compliance with fire safety standards. Recommendations were likewise provided to further strengthen the school's fire safety preparedness and promote a safer learning environment.

IN FRAME | VEHICULAR ACCIDENT
0951H 25 May 2026

The EMS personnel of Sta. Margarita Fire Station, under the direct supervision of SFO4 Erwin N Dominguez, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, promptly responded to a vehicular accident along Maharlika Highway, Brgy. Burabod, Sta. Margarita, Samar.

Upon arrival at the scene, one (1) male patient was noted. A 22 years old, who was found barely conscious and only responsive to selected verbal questions.

Splinting and wound care were administered, while oxygen therapy via nasal cannula was provided during transport. Thereafter, the patient was immediately transported to West Samar Doctors Hospital, Inc. for further medical evaluation and treatment.
