The City Nutrition and Human Physical Development Division successfully conducted the CNC-TWG 2nd Quarter Meeting on May 19, 2026 at Valencia City, bringing together nutrition stakeholders and partners in strengthening the implementation of nutrition programs and services in the city.

The meeting highlighted updates on the Monitoring and Evaluation for Local Level Plan Implementation (MELLPI), including both city and regional assessments, as well as preparations for the upcoming Nutrition Month 2026 celebration. Committee members also discussed the CNC Planning and Implementation Review (PIR) Workshop, request for additional city-paid Barangay Nutrition Scholar (BNS) slots, and various accomplishment reports from partner agencies.
Updates on the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP), Nutriland initiatives, Nutripan operations, food production activities, and other nutrition-related programs were likewise presented during the meeting.
