What: Urbiztondo District Ranking and Evaluation of Teacher III Applicants
Where: Don Martin Palisoc Elementary School
When: July 2, 2026

Don Martin Palisoc Elementary School successfully hosted the Urbiztondo District Ranking and Evaluation of Teacher III Applicants, headed by the dynamic Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Alfonso S. Dangat.

The activity was conducted by the panel of assessors composed of:
Dr. Belinda S. Mondero, Principal IV – Bayaoas IS;
Dr. Maribel S. Tamondong, Principal III – Real ES;
Ma'am Rowena J. Custodio, Principal III – Pasibi-Bituag ES;
Sir Ricky Mar P. Padua, Principal II – Salavante ES;
Ma'am Lita D. Ferrer, School Head of Don Martin Palisoc ES;
and Ma'am Shenalyn M. Fernandez, Master Teacher of Don Martin Palisoc ES.

The activity was warmly welcomed by the host school head, Ma'am Lita D. Ferrer, with the assistance of Ma'am Kristine L. Villanueva, Administrative Officer II of the host school, ensuring the smooth and successful conduct of the evaluation.

A total of five (5) Teacher III applicants from different Division Offices participated in the ranking and evaluation. The activity highlighted the district's commitment to a fair, transparent, and merit-based selection process in identifying qualified educators for promotion.

Congratulations to all the applicants, and heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Dangat, the panel of assessors, DMPES teaching and non teaching staff, and everyone who contributed to the successful conduct of this significant activity.

The 1st General SPTA Meeting of Don Martin Palisoc Elementary School was successfully conducted on June 11, 2026, under the leadership of Ma'am Lita D. Ferrer, School Head.

Parents, teachers, and stakeholders gathered to discuss the implementation of the Three-Term School Year as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2026 and other school policies. The meeting served as an avenue to strengthen collaboration, share important updates, and ensure a smooth and successful school year for all learners.

Our heartfelt gratitude to all parents, guardians, teachers, and stakeholders who took the time to attend and actively participate in the 1st General SPTA Meeting. Your presence, support, and commitment to our learners' education are truly appreciated. 1. Letter of intent addressed to the Head of Office, or to the highest human resource officer designated by Head of Office; FATIMA R. BOADO, CESO V (Schools Division Superintendent, SDO Pangasinan I)
a. Statement of purpose/expression of interest; and
b. Learning area/subject group they intend to teach, if applicable;
2. Duly accomplished PDS (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025) with Work Experience Sheet;
3. Photocopy of Voter's ID and/or any proof of residency;
4. Photocopy of valid and updated PRC License/ID;

10. Photocopy of valid Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) National Certificate (NC) II, Trainers Methodology Certificate (TMC), if applicable;
11. Photocopy of the required Performance Ratings with at least Very Satisfactory rating. (Note: The applicant shall submit at most three (3) performance ratings depending on the performance requirements per Item 25 of this Order.
The latest performance rating shall cover one (1) year complete performance rating period in the current position);
12. Checklist of Requirements and Omnibus Sworn Statement on the Certification on the Authenticity and Veracity (CAV) of the documents submitted and Data Privacy Consent Form pursuant to RA No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012),
