#𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗞 | Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas, through Executive Order No. 2026-55, has ordered the suspension of 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗦 (𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲) across the Province of Benguet on 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 6, 2026, due to the effects of Tropical Storm "MAYMAY" (KUJIRA).

Residents are advised to remain vigilant, avoid non-essential travel, and monitor official weather advisories. For emergencies or weather-related concerns, please contact your respective Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs).

𝗧𝗖𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀

Focused on ensuring a safe, motivating, and child-centered school environment, School Principal Gerald A. Salda informed faculty and staff during an after-class meeting of a continuous bag inspections among learners and staff.

The renewed push for stricter safety measures followed the first inspection of learners’ bags on June 24, which was conducted with the assistance of the Tuba Municipal Police Station and the Bureau of Fire Protection.

During the meeting, Principal Salda reminded teachers to strictly follow the protocol for handling learners who violate school rules as stipulated in DO 006, s. 2006, or the Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment.

Principal Salda stressed that all cases must be addressed through the proper referral process to ensure accountability and consistency.

As an immediate action, the faculty and staff agreed to conduct continuous bag inspections for both learners and teachers safety.

Also, Tuba MPS and Brgy. Poblacion LGU personnel are deployed every morning at the school for safety purposes.

The school also expressed that it welcomes assistance from the Parents Teachers Association (PTA) to help with bag inspection until a guard is hired.

To further support long-term safety, the school announced plans for the construction of a guard house at the main entrance.

The said structure will provide a permanent post for a guard once one is assigned and will help regulate entry and exit of individuals in the campus.

The school’s combination of rule enforcement, regular inspections, and facility is its commitment to DepEd’s zero-tolerance policy on violence so every learner of Tuba Central National High School can study in an environment that is safe, orderly, and conducive to learning.

The school likewise expects more partnership with the Tuba MPS through the leadership of Chief of Police, PMAJ Orville A. Wap.

One of the meaningful events held today was the Send-Off Program for Sir Delfin Chawan and Ma'am Lidiolin Tula as they prepare for their new assignments.

The TCNHS family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Sir Delfin for his many years of dedicated service, kindness, approachable nature, dependability, and the positive energy he consistently brought to the workplace and also to Ma'am Lidiolin for her commitment and positive contributions she shared during her time with us. Their dedication, support, and service have left a lasting impact on our learners and colleagues.

As they begin a new chapter in their careers, we wish them continued success, happiness, and fulfillment. Thank you, Sir Delfin and Ma'am Lidiolin, for being part of our school family. May God bless and guide you in your new journey.

School prepares for SY 2026- 2027

To discuss preparations for the upcoming school year, the school conducted its first faculty meeting.

During the meeting, Claire N. Lamsis, Master Teacher II, presented the proposed teachers’ load for the school year, which was reviewed and discussed by the faculty.

School Principal III Gerald A. Salda discussed the details on schedules, tasks, and participation of teachers, parents, and community volunteers during the Brigada Eskwela.

The faculty members reviewed procedures, classroom routines, assessments, and orientation activities that will be observed during the opening block.

Mr. Salda also reminded the teachers to prepare all documents and materials that they will be needing for the said activities.
