The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Iloilo City proudly extends its warmest congratulations to PHINMA University of Iloilo for achieving an outstanding TOP 2 ranking among top-performing schools in the 2026 Criminology Licensure Examination, with an impressive 268 board passers and a remarkable 97.74% average!

This remarkable achievement reflects the excellence, perseverance, and dedication of the university’s students, faculty, administrators, and the entire PHINMA UI community.

We also celebrate the success of PHINMA’s sister institutions—PHINMA Araullo University, which ranked TOP 1, and PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College, which ranked TOP 6 in the same examination.

What a productive and meaningful day as we celebrate Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 through SKwela sa Kaalaman! 💙

Our morning was filled with valuable insights, meaningful conversations, and learnings with our amazing resource speakers: Sir Inigo Garingalao of ICAST, Dr. Joy Bolivar of Raise Mental Health, and Sir Cirilo Lapascua from FPOP. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and inspiring our young minds!

In the afternoon, the excitement continued with our Quiz Bowl, where our brilliant young participants showcased their knowledge, quick thinking, and exceptional minds!
