Integrity is quiet. Deception is loud, flashy and aggressive. It dominates headlines, and captures attention.

Integrity doesn't scream for applause, which can make it feel invisible in a world obsessed with spectacle.

Every time you choose honesty over convenience, accountability over deflection and integrity over profit, you disrupt the momentum of corruption.

Carry on! Even if it feels like nobody is clapping for you. Every single time you choose what is right—even when no one is watching, even when no one is clapping—you are planting a seed of hope in stony ground.

You may not see the harvest today, but the foundation you are building right now is what the future will stand upon.

Don't let the darkness exhaust your light. The world doesn't change all at once. Refuse to give up and refuse to surrender.

Your quiet strength is a beacon. Keep shining. 💙
