To wit, the Lupong Tagapamayapa training conducted for Sta. Cruz, New Visayas, Salvacion, Katualan and San Vicente took place on July 31, 2026. The IP Laws orientation held for Brgy. JP Laurel and Brgy. Cagangohan was held on August 6, 2026. The Lupong Tagapamayapa training continued for Brgy. Manay, Quezon, Kasilak, Upper Licanan and Kauswagan on August 7, 2026. Finally, the Lupong Tagapamayapa training concluded for Brgy. Maduao, San Nicolas, San Roque and New Pandan, alongside the PWD session in Salvacion on August 14, 2026.

The successful seminars marked the culmination of extensive capacity-building effortsโ€”spanning 20 sessions across 40 barangaysโ€”with the Parliamentary Seminar concluding on July 20, 2026, and the Lupong Tagapamayapa series wrapping up on August 14, 2026.

The success of these programs was driven by the expertise of dedicated resource speakers who reached all 40 barangays. For the Parliamentary Sessions, it was facilitated by Dr. Leila P. Saligumba, DPA, alongside alternate speakers Maam Mia Joice B. Dombase and Maam Rubel A. Rangga. However, the Lupong Tagapamayapa Sessions were led by Atty. Marisseanne Elaine J. Coquilla, JD, REB.
