IN PHOTOS | A FINAL FAREWELL TO A LIFE OF SERVICE AND A LEGACY THAT LIVES ON

The Municipal Officials and employees, together with the family, relatives, and friends, gathered for the final vigil of the late former Sangguniang Bayan Member Fernando "Emod" A. Badang, with hearts heavy with sorrow yet filled with gratitude for a life that touched so many.

As everyone gathered to bid their final farewell, each one remember not only his years of dedicated service to the community, but also the kindness, warmth, memories, and meaningful moments he shared with everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Though his presence will deeply be missed, the lives he touched, the service he rendered, and the memories he left behind will forever remain in our hearts.

May you rest peacefully, Sir Fernando. Thank you for your years of service, your dedication, and the memories that will never be forgotten.

It is with deep sadness that we mourn the passing of former Sangguniang Bayan Member, Fernando “Emod” A. Badang.

His years of dedicated service to our community and his commitment to the people he represented will always be remembered and appreciated.

His contributions and legacy will remain an inspiration to those who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.

Ang ika-12 nga Sangguniang Bayan, nga gipangulohan sa Presiding Officer nga si Hon. Arnold T. Malaque uban sa mga miyembro sa Sangguniang Bayan, malampusong nagpahigayon sa ilang Regular Session niadtong Agosto 25, 2026 sa Legislative Building Session Hall, Lingig, Surigao del Sur.

Gipalig-on niini ang ilang pasalig sa transparent nga pagdumala, makahuluganon nga mga diskusyon, ug serbisyo publiko nga matinagdanon sa panginahanglan sa katawhan.
