Ang gihimo nga POST-DISASTER ASSESSMENT AND NEEDS ANALYSIS (PDANA) sa Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC)

Ang meeting gipangunahan sa atong Mayor, Hon. Dominador G. Esma, Jr., gi-apilan sa mga hepe sa nagka lain-laing ahensya sa Lokal nga Panggamhanan sa Alegria, gitambongan usab sa mga Punong Barangay gikan sa mga barangay nga nag tala ug mga na displaced nga mga pamilya panahon sa pag-igo sa Bagyong 'Tino.'

Sa natawag nga meeting, nahisgotan ang maagapon nga pag tubag sa katawhan sa gipatuman nga Pre-emptive ug Forced Evacuation, isa sa mga rason nga wala nitala ang atong lungsod ug pagkakalas sa kinabuhi. Nahisgotan usab sa naingon nga konseho ang pag palambo pa sa koordinasyon ug proseso pag andam ug pagresponde sa mga umaabot pa nga mga kalamidad.

SURNECO is actively monitoring Typhoon Tino. Your safety is our priority. The following actions may be implemented depending on the storm’s track and intensity:

a. ) Pre-emptive isolation — Lowland and flood-prone areas may be isolated to prevent electrocution hazards.

b. ) Manual tripping — If wind and rain create unsafe conditions , we may manually trip individual feeders or entire substations to avoid catastrophic equipment damage, hazards and to protect our maintenance crews.

c. ) Planned restoration — Power will be restored as soon as field crews confirm it is safe to re-energize lines and equipment. Restoration times will depend on road/access conditions and crew safety.

⚠️ Safety Reminders:
🔹 Stay indoors and keep away from electrical lines and equipment.
🔹 Avoid wading in flooded areas that may have live wires.
🔹 Unplug appliances when not in use to avoid damage from power fluctuations.
🔹 Report any fallen or damaged power lines to SURNECO immediately through our official hotlines.

ANG PAGPADAYON NGA PAGMONITOR UG PAGPATUMAN SA FORCED EVACUATION

Padayon ang hingpit nga pagpatuman sa FORCED EVACUATION, isip pagpangandam sa umaabot nga Bagyong 'Tino,' kauban ang banay sa atong Pulisya sa Lungsod sa Alegria.

Padayon usab ang pag monitor sa atong mga evacuation centers para masiguro ang sakto ug luwas nga kahimtang sa tanan evacuees.
