𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 “𝐂𝐀𝐁 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠” 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐠

The Sultan Kudarat Association of Youth Organizations (SKAYO), in partnership with the Provincial Youth Development Office - Sultan Kudarat, held its “CAB for Learning” initiative on October 18, 2025, at Lambayong National High School, Poblacion, Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat. The launching brought together 50 participants, including young mothers and fathers, students affected by calamity and armed conflict, and student leaders—to engage in meaningful youth development activities.

The programme addressed three focal themes: Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC), the Anti-Rape Law, and the Sexual Harassment Law. Through a series of lectures, participants were equipped with knowledge of their rights, mechanisms for protection, and strategies for building safer environment.

The event became a driving force for sustained youth-led advocacy, turning awareness into meaningful action and promoting resilient, rights-conscious communities.

𝗦𝗞𝗔𝗬𝗢 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗴𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝘂𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁.

As part of our advocacy to protect women, men and all genders, we are proud to launch our CAB for Learning Program in Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat on October 18, 2025 to be held in Lambayong National High School, Poblacion, Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat.

The launching program will be participated by 50 young mothers and fathers, students affected by calamity and armed conflict, and student leaders from Lambayong. The program shall focus on VAWC, Anti-Rape Law, and Sexual Harrassment Law.

The Sultan Kudarat Association of Youth Organizations is thrilled to launch its newest program brand called CAB for Learning.

CAB for Learning aims to deliver services of the Province of Sultan Kudarat closer to the communities affected by prevailing issues and conflicts which hinder the development of youth and adolescents. Additionally, this long-term program of SKAYO offers a variety of social services which includes information dissemination about social issues on health, education, peace and security, natural disaster and others.

This program is aligned with the vision of the Provincial Government to give the standard care for its constituents by provising them with access to social services and empower them with longlasting learning.
