Day 1 of our National Health Workers Day celebration kicks off with purpose and care 💙

We began with a meaningful symposium on “Mental Awareness of Health Workers: Red Flags Alert”, reminding us that while we care for others, we must also look after ourselves. A heartfelt thank you to Ma’am Elnie Calunsag. RPsy, for sharing valuable insights that opened our minds and strengthened our awareness.

And before the session ended, we energized the auditorium with a fun muscle relaxation —a perfect reminder that wellness is both mental and physical.

Together, we continue to promote a healthier, stronger, and more resilient community of health workers. 💪🧠
